Amazing experience! I purchased my first car this past weekend and they were more than helpful and accomodating. Everyone involved provided top of the line customer service and treated me in such a respectable manner. As a first time car buyer, I was reluctant and unsure about the process, but the salesman and finance manager went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. I feel confident they were doing best by me - making sure i got low interest rates, the best deals, etc. They went the extra mile for me and it does not go unnoticed and under appreciated! If you are going to Audi Atlanta i recommend asking for Adam for sales and Lee for finance.
Visiting Audi Atlanta was a wonderful experience coming from a history owning of Mercedes and Toyota cars. I did not believe I would have walked out of there buying a 2016 Audi Q3 Quattro the same day as test driving it but my boyfriend was right, I absolutely loved it! I test drove other cars while there but the Q3 was perfect for me. Davian Quinn and Michael Gerbick were so helpful and considerate and really made it a memorable experience. Furthermore, they have both continued to amaze: from assisting my boyfriend and I with putting on roof racks to repairing minor defects on the car at no charge. I am more than grateful and humbled to have had such kind, attentive customer service.
Pros: Quick response. They provided CARFAX, additional car pictures and information about previous repairs. Price was reasonable. Easy to apply for financing on their web-site.
Cons: Narrow parking space. They have lots of cars and I couldn’t park near the office.
The car was exactly as advertised. I drove from SC to Atlanta to see the car. I had spoken to Dianne on the phone and she had the car ready to go. The whole transaction was effortless. After the test drive I was driving the vehicle home in 45 minutes. Enjoyed the experience.
What I really liked about Audi Gwinnett is the team dynamic. I was greeted right as I came in by a kind receptionist and then Slim helped me get started finding Shawn for my reservation and they were the ONLY dealership in my month of car shopping to offer to go on the test drive with me! I can tell you right now that if Shawn hadn't ridden along with me to answer all of my insane amount of questions I probably would have gone home to think it over and thrown it in the stack of other cars I test drove and couldn't make up my mind on. They had a great and affordable bumper to bumper extended coverage plan (which is really important to me with used cars). Tracey made the boring paperwork part fun. I knew I was going to get along with that guy the moment I layed eyes on his fake spilled coffee accident gag he had on his desk. I gladly give this team a five star review! Y'all rock!
I had a great experience at this dealership! We called to make sure they had the car i wanted, made the trip there, filled out paper work and i was in my car pulling out if the dealership the same day! Everyone was very professional and committed to getting me in the car I specifically wanted. I'm so happy with my C300 Mercedes!! It's beautiful. Martin was very professional and made sure I was happy!

I wish there was a 10 star option for AX Auto. My wife and I drove from chattanooga, TN. We spend 2 days in Atlanta looking at 7 minivans, the second day we found AX Auto. We came knowing what we wanted and unlike other dealers they didn’t try to push into something more expensive or different than we had asked. Eric our salesman was both patient and considerate of our every request. He and his manager respected our wishes to think it over and 3 hours later we were able to drive off with a beautiful ( new to us) 2014 Honda Odyssey!!!

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
