Purchased a used Audi recently and was very happy with the sales person, Sabina. She was patient, knowledgeable, and communicated very well (responsive). Ended up financing because we were out-of-state buyers. The finance manager was fantastic and worked quickly. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Here’s why I only rated 4 stars - there was some sketchy deferred maintenance that was not addressed prior to offering the car for sale. Notably mismatched front tires and 4mm rear brake pads. The dealers own tech inspection sheets noted the need for immediate attention to the rear brakes, but they were not replaced. Mismatched tires, in my opinion, are also a safety issue. I can only imagine these issues were not addressed to maximize profit and that’s okay as long as the car is priced right. And it was, BUT I can’t imagine a less than 2% change in price would have stopped a sale. Safety is paramount.

I had the best experience at exclusive Autohaus bought a BMW 4 series from Exclusive Autohaus. It’s been six months since I bought the car no problems at all. Financing was really easy. I got my 2016 S5 with 65k. I graduated from a 328xi and oh my what a pleasure. After 20,000 km and 4 oil changes she continues to perform. Dropping from 19" to 18" wheels and the Quattro drive made winter driving more than manageable. I have the flat bottom wheel..wish it was heated. Starts without issue in -35 celcius. The cockpit is just perfect with really comfortable seating. 7 speed double clutch makes moving through the gears really sweet. Breaking is just right for me. Very important to me is to have the MMI embedded in the dash. I hate those big sceens consuming the focus of the interior. Overall I am really satisfied.. Use 94 octane fuel for best performance. So much fun...

This car checks all of the boxes. The color of Sepang Blue Pearl Effect is outstanding. I own the prestige trim with the black optics package and the quality is excellent. The ride is comfortable, the performance rivals most cars on the road and the luxury of leather and alcantara with the bang olufsen sound makes driving this car a pleasure every single time.

I have not decided what kind of car I wish to buy. The Audis looked nice. I have heard good things about the company. I don't know if anyone I know has an Audi.

Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

I can write an entire diatribe about this car but I'll keep it simple! If you are looking for a luxury, convertible, look no further than the S5 cabriolet. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! It is an absolute beast in the performance department, the options that come with this car for the price are unmatched and of course every single detail is perfectly executed!

2009 Audi S5 was absolute beast! V8, Quattro so regardless of the weather the car was phenomenal. Great combination of power and all-wheel drive plus the car was fast.

Holy crap....2014 S5 auto very addicting and makes u smile the entire time ur driving. Very quick around town roads. The launch control is remarkable as I never have been beat from cars with more horsepower from a dig. My car ran to 60mph stock and with 105000 miles in 4.6 seconds and 1/4 was 13.1 at 105 mph this was tested my a speed tester box. Weekness is anything over 70 mph to the floor not as quick feeling. Also top end before speed limiter came on was 159. Car will do 175 if removed.

I bought this car for the look & performance (more powerful than the A5). Cockpit layout is fantastic and the craftsmanship is impeccable. I hunted the entire country for my SE S5 Prestige Cabriolet Convertible. I had purchased one in Miami, but it was so popular that the dealer re-sold it for an even higher price and issued a refund. The overall design of the car is stunning & the features are everything a Handicapped driver could ever wish for. With the exception of braking; All the controls are right on the steering wheel. During my search, I found 2 for sale in the entire country. 1 was up North in Michigan (snow, ice, & road salt territory) and the other was in Houston Texas. I had it shipped to a local business just off the interstate, where I got my 1st ride in my last car As I do with every vehicle, I made my 10 year old car look like a 3 year old with a change to the newer RS rims, black drilled & slotted rotors and all black chrome emblems. I have made it a sleeper by toning down the flashy appearance but it still draws compliments everywhere I go. The features like the blind spot detection, automatic stabilization, 7 speed dual S-tronic transmission allows incredibly fast shifting or automatic if desired, while alerting you to other cars that are close, or if there is a change in the road conditions. The rear view camera with park assist makes it easy to back up with instant alerts if something enters the area behind. The top can be lowered and raise with the key fob or windows can be opened or closed without even getting in the car. with the top down, there is still plenty of trunk space, and the noise level has been designed to be minimal interference to conversation or music. Handling is a dream and it can be driven with one finger at 100 mph which is unbelievably easy to do without trying. There are 2 things that lowered the reliability rating that, in my opinion, should have been corrected. The harmonic balancer & main dive pulley are 2 pieces, bonded together with rubber. When it comes apart, it shreds the accessory belt and appears to be a clutch pulley to the (even seasoned) mechanic. It still provides plenty of torque to avoid throwing any error code, but it will shred belts until it is replaced, That belt is behind the belt for the turbocharger and the is no clearance between the radiator and the tensioner adjustments to change the belt, unless you put the front end of the car in service mode. The other setback is in the turbocharger iself. The inter-cooler elements themself can crack and leak coolant into he rear cylinders causing a low coolant condition with no evidence of a leak anywhere (mimics a bad head gasket). it would be nice if these 2 crippling conditions were made a little more well known to improve dependability and save a ton of money getting unneeded replacement parts. Overall however; this is the only car that came stock, with all the features I ever wanted and then a couple more. The governor comes on at 165 mph while the speedometer goes to 200 and it is clear that there is more power available. If you were to get racing tires, the computer will remove that limit. I've driven 1000 cars & owned 50 or more & this one is tippy top dog. It is a ton of fun and though plain, remains very attractive and catches everyone's eyes.

I was in an accident and needed a car asap! Check in hand I walked into Lucky Motors not knowing what to expect from the reviews. Thank God I went here first! They saved me what could amount to 6-8 hours in another dealership. Chris was nice and to the point. My experience was great even though I had a small issue with the key they called someone and had another key made while I waited. Thanks to Lucky Motors for being kind and thorough!

Fun to drive,very fast and good braking,precise steering,excellent transmission very stable on the road,never had any problem.very reliable,maintenance a bit high compare to others.I would buy another one.
