Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. There was no wow effect. Everything just went smoothly and without stress. They let me inspect the car, take my time, bring a mechanic if I wanted, test drive properly. After that, I didn’t feel like searching elsewhere.

I traded in a 2011 Porsche 911S convertible for the 2020 Audi S5 convertible. The horsepower is very similar but the tall first and second gear in the 911 made it slow off the line. The S5 is VERY fast off the line - smooth power band all the way up to 100 MPH. The seats are really comfortable, everything works - always, people are always stopping me to find out what model it is and complimenting me on the great looks - quantum gray with factory 20" wheels with Carbon trim. No better sports car for $70K !!

I’ve had a half dozen Audi’s including several A4s an A3, A5 and a Q3, but this S5 is closest to perfection. I love the versatility of having a refined four door sedan and a huge opening hatch for my bikes. Then set the drive select to dynamic and you have a fun sports car! My main gripe: the virtual cockpit doesn’t work for me and it was hard to find one with analog dials. Also I didn’t like the new touch screen MMI so I bought an older one. Note to Audi: simpler is better!

I can write an entire diatribe about this car but I'll keep it simple! If you are looking for a luxury, convertible, look no further than the S5 cabriolet. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! It is an absolute beast in the performance department, the options that come with this car for the price are unmatched and of course every single detail is perfectly executed!

The test drive wasn’t just around the parking lot. They gave a proper route to feel the suspension and transmission. Brakes and steering were clear right away. They honestly said what should be done after purchase like fluids or tires. That’s fair.
