Well, you know it's not going to be a good day when the check engine light comes on, but Clay Cooley Hyundai absolutely took care of our Santa Fe. My husband's 2019 Santa Fe was due for Service, but we let life get in the way and had not brought it in. When the check engine light came on, there was no choice. The service at Clay Cooley Hyundai was amazing! From the young lady who took my initial call, to Philip in service, it was as easy as one, two, three. Very quickly after I dropped our car off, I was given a list of the exact issues that needed to be addressed, along with others that could be deferred if I chose. It made it so easy as a car owner to be able to read the list, along with the pricing, so that I was able to know ahead of time what had to be done and what the bottom line in dollars would be. After I approved service repairs, Clay Cooley Hyundai quickly completed my list and had us on the road again in just a few days. This dealership is the best around!!! We really got an amazing deal and paid way less than the MSRP. Not only that the process was extremely easy. I have two little ones and Mike was able to work with me by getting all the paper work set up before I came in. They also worked on getting me the lowest rate for financing. We ended up getting the Palisades. It is a fantastic SUV with a ton of space and amazing features. I love that it rides like a luxury high end vehicle but didn’t come with the crazy price tag. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.

1/12/26. Just helped my son with a car at Autobhan and had a great experience. Freddy was my salesman and he couldn’t of made the car buying process any easier . Freddy was easy to work with and made it a great experience. Freddy also interacted with my son and my son gained some knowledge as this is his first time. It’s a relaxing atmosphere inside autobahn and I will go back and highly recommend them if you need a vehicle and definitely seek out Freddy!

I purchased the 2021 Audi S6 Prestige after looking at similar vehicles in the class like the BMW M550i and Mercedes Benz AMG E53. My choice came down to performance, reliability, look, and value. I have had the car for 4 weeks and have no regrets. My highway gas mileage has been as high as 31 miles per gallon which is terrific for a car with this type of performance. The controls are easy to learn and the car feels like it is floating when driving it. I like that it is a performance vehicle with an understated look. Some may want a car with a more aggressive look but I like the understated, traditional sedan look. So far I would recommend this car.

Although my wife and I were interested in a vehicle at another dealership, we decided to pay Douglas Infiniti a visit. They had a similar vehicle available and were close to home. We were met by Steven who did not pressure us and understood we wanted to do our due diligence prior to making a purchase. So after our visit to Douglas we decided to see the vehicle at the other dealership. Making the stop at Doglas Infiniti made it a difficult choice for us. No only was their option a better fit for us, Steven ultimately made us an offer we could not turn down. Steven and the management at Douglas Infiniti did what they said and we are greatful to them. My S6 might be the most enjoyable car that I have ever owned. I’ve been Ver fortunate In life, fortunate enough to own and/or drive many nice, high end vehicles. Ferrari, Lambo’s, Lotus, Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Porsche, Land Rover, etc. this by far is my favorite. The car is very comfortable but it doesn’t stop with there. They have taken a very comfortable and easy to drive car and made it into a true sleeper. This car is a rocket, it’s actually almost too fast if that’s possible. Yes, it’s not flashy like a Testa Rosa. It’s not as recognizable as a 911 turbo and not quite as refined as an S600 or a V12 Vanden Plas, but wow, it will seriously blow your socks off. I never imagined that a mid sized 4 door sedan would be so much fun to drive. I can fit the kids, car seats included, the golf clubs, wife and dog and I still believe it 0-60 in under 4 sec. comfort, ridiculous power, all wheel drive and room, what’s not to love.

Satisfied with the maintenance service. Didn't get a satisfactory answer as to what caused the check engine light to come on. Liked the loaner car option.

I have yet to decide on the car I was looking at, but I was working with Robert and found him to be very professional. There were none of the high pressured sales techniques you expect and receive at most dealerships. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for someone who lives in Las Vegas. I have no reservations in buying the car I was looking at from this dealership. A refreshing change after dealing with so many "threatening" and pushy people in Vegas.

Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We noticed a Mercedes at Bentley down the street from the other dealership and called and spoke with Ihsan.
