I bought this car after a lot of research and test drives of comparable competitors (Lexus, BMW, Mercedes). My previous car that I owned for 4 years was a Toyota Venza. This car was far superior to the competitors and my Venza in the areas of performance and technology packages offered. I love the drive select system as well as the operation of the MMI system. The touchpad ink recognition is easy, and I like having different options in front of me, with their own controls, compared to the ones on the MMI screen in the center console. There are a few things I miss from my Venza, though. Primarily, I miss having my seat go back a bit when I turn off the engine. Now I have to squeeze out or push the seat back. I also miss the lack of storage up front. The center console is VERY small. However, with all the other wonderful things in the Audi, I'll take these small losses and deal with them.

What truly surprised me was the headlight issue. My headlights had become very cloudy over time, and another shop had quoted me over $2,000 to replace them. Bella from the service department took the time to professionally clean the headlight covers with what seemed like a special solution, and they became completely clear again—no replacement needed at all. I was genuinely impressed by the teamwork between Zackary and Bella. Thanks to them, I saved a significant amount of money and now feel confident that my daughter can drive the car safely. This was real, thoughtful customer service, not just routine service. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
