I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

I was an out of town purchase and Raj walked the car with me twice, did a road test and even fixed an issue he saw with the windshield during our drive together. '22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. I'm a dedicated Audi driver, so I may be bias but this is my favorite car ever! The technology difference between my Audi 2020 SQ5 and this one is huge. Touch screen navigation is a game changer. So many things - I cannot recommend this car any higher!

This was my fourth Audi vehicle. I purchased as an Audi low mileage Certified Pre-Owned and love it. A very fun and excellent performing vehicle. Has been very reliable - with no major issues. It now has more than 80K miles after owning for 4+ years and operates just like when I purchased it.

This is my fourth Audi from AutoNation (formerly Fletcher Jones). My pre purchase dealings were straightforward and I received honest and prompt feedback about the car I was considering. I initially planned to get another Q7, but after the sales team explained my options with a Q8 and an SQ8, I decided the SQ8 was a much better fit for my wants and needs. So glad they explained these options. Car was in stock and I had it prepped and ready in a couple days.

I love this car, i previously own a Range Rover what a nightmare, was not worth the money, problems with car/dealership... I decided to go back to audi after researching many other cars in the same price range and found this SQ5 to be the best deal for the money..

This is my wife car but after several years of ownership, I can say that the SQ5 prestige is a winner. Other than routine maintenance and brakes once, we have had no issues. Great vehicle super comfortable and reliable.

The team—especially Zuhair, the owner, and the young Ghalib—was responsive and knowledgeable, making the buying process straightforward and low-stress. Their professionalism and business reliability stood out during the deal. However, about a week later, I was disappointed to discover that the tires on the car I purchased were leaking. Upon inspection, it turned out that plugs had been used as a temporary fix rather than properly addressing the issue. This was unexpected and concerning, as I had hoped for greater transparency regarding the vehicle's condition. While I appreciated the efficiency and service during the sale, I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future vehicles are fully inspected and represented. I’d encourage potential buyers to have a thorough inspection before finalizing a purchase.

Our salesperson, Robert was the best. We never felt more taken care of; Robert has great customer skills. As a former customer service worker I look for this. We found the car online, Called LL and Robert showed us the vehicle that afternoon. We loved it! The process was smooth and easy. We had to find a PNC bank in the area and he helped us find one. We went to a Honda dealership to get a key made as the car we bought was not a Lincoln. The customer service there was atrocious and I never ever want to go there again. I knew I had to write a review for Robert at LL as I want great customer service rewarded. Thanks again for a good experience.
