Buying a new car can be a stressful experience. Some salespeople can be overly aggressive, which makes the process even more difficult. Even purchasing a used car can feel nerve-racking, as pushy sales tactics are common in both situations. My daughter has always dreamed of owning a Jeep, so we decided to make that dream a reality as part of her birthday and graduation gift—something practical for her to commute to college. We visited several dealerships during our search, including Auto Expo, which we returned to at least three times. Each time, the staff was polite, helpful, and—most importantly—never pushy. They took the time to explain what to look for in a Jeep and which model years to avoid. Sometimes, you just know when you’ve found the right one. We spoke with Don, who offered us a very fair price right away—something I appreciated after having done plenty of comparison shopping. He guided us through the financing process and helped us secure a warranty, making everything smooth and stress-free.
