I have been a customer for the past 6 years with Paul Miller Audi of Parsippany. In this time I’ve had all my service needs for 3 different vehicles. My latest being my 2024 SQ8 that I purchased last year from them. My latest service needs which was a front head lamp replacement, a recall for the backup camera, and a rim repair. Ralph, my service advisor was a true professional through the entire process. They kept my car longer than I’d like, but it was well worth it. Kudos to Ralph and the technicians that worked on my car!

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

The service advisor (David Sanchez) was very patient, courteous and he answered all my questions.The service was fast, and considering I took it at 4:15pm. I purchased this 2018 Audi TT Coupe from Audi of Melbourne,FL in May 2018 after ordering and waiting several months for build and delivery. Positives- beautiful design, high quality inside and out , practical for a sports car , so far reliable, good MPG, unique as you dont see many on the road......Negatives - the TT 2.0 turbo engine is rated at "220hp and 258 torque" yet Audi's own A4 2.0T is rated at "252hp and 278". same engine yet in the sports car its rated much lower. VERY disappointing. For 2019 they updated the rating to 228hp/258 torque but still..... Also Audi offers more potent versions in the TTS and TTS RS ( at 53k and 65k ) and when you hear their exhaust it sounds aggressive. In comarison the TT coupe sounds really boring in comparison. If Audi recognizes the need for a "hearty" exhaust in the TTS and TTRS then why not as well in the TT. This could have "freed up" some additional horsepower as well as hearing some aural excitement .Also- rear sway bar could be significantly stiffer to minimize body roll. The car is somewhat difficult to get in and out of but once you are in its fine. Dashboard is confusing .PERIOD. It is NOT easy to scroll around and find needed info even after several moths of ownership. This is a hugely frustrating aspect of ownership.

This Audi A5 meets all my present needs for a daily driver. Historically the 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine had a poor reliability rating. However I have had all the parts likely to cause engine failure replaced with the newest parts designed thereby making this one highly reliable. In 2018 it was repainted by the Audi dealer and looks new ...

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord around August 2023, and within two months, the car locked up on me. I had to get it towed back to the dealership for inspection, and needless to say, I was not happy at all. This vehicle had just 13 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. The dealership looked it over and informed me that they needed to order a part to fix it. I was frustrated because I didn't want the same car I had just purchased, especially since it shouldn't have broken down so soon. I asked for a new vehicle, which was my main concern. My sales consultant, James Mathews, sat down with me to discuss the situation. He spoke with his supervisor and returned to let me know that everything would be taken care of. I must mention that he is a very respectful and helpful person. Honda of Cleveland took great care of me, and I ultimately received a new vehicle. On top of that, my payments and interest rates were lowered. I want to extend my gratitude to James Mathews and the supervisor at Honda of Cleveland for making my experience positive and for addressing my concerns effectively.

This is a perfect car for California, especially now in needing to get out to feel free. Nothing is better than driving the coast with the top down. This Quattro is in excellent condition driven by my wife who took great care of the care.

I'm not sure if I'll purchase the Lexus LC 500 they helped me with, but I had one of the best experiences with any sales rep I've ever had with Anthony Picozzi. He was one of the most down to earth, honest, and helpful people I've ever encountered in this industry. The other two sales reps there (didn't catch their names) were awesome, as well. I never write reviews, but thought it was important enough that he gets the recognition he deserves!

I have owned a Porsche and a few other sports cars. My favourite was the Audi R8 but it was not something I liked leaving in a parking lot when I wanted to go out. I settled on the MKII Audi TTS body style for its style and stance. It is the perfect car for 1-2 people to cruise around town in. You don't have to worry about people messing with it so it's great for a night out and using valet. It is so fun to drive and people love the way it looks. One of the best cars I have ever owned.
