Saying I had absolutely outstanding customer service from Prime One Motorsports is a huge understatement- it was the BEST customer service I have ever experienced ! From the very first phone call asking about my future car it was an amazing experience. Bill - the representative of Prime One Motorsports, is very knowledgable, and he was willing to listen to me and then explain in great detail about the car he was offering. I was very particular about the color I wanted, but the way Bill described the car, I changed my mind and decided to purchase the car in a different color and I have never regretted it.  Because I was an out of state buyer, Bill arranged shipping ASAP and I received my car from Florida in California after 5 days, which I was happy about. I immediately tried to register my car at the DMV in CA, but for some reason they found some kind of issue which had nothing to do with Prime One Motorsports. I had no place to go to resolve this issue and I did not really understand what was going on, so I called Bill and his assistant Kerry (who is part of the team and takes care of all the paperwork). I thought for sure they would not be able to help me, but I was very surprised when they went way out of their way after the sale to work with me to solve the problem. Without their help there is no way I could have done it on my own. They put a lot of personal effort toward my issue with the CA DMV, using their contacts to get the additional letter which DMV was requiring. I can’t even describe how much I appreciate what they did for me, and it has touched me deeply. I can’t remember in my lifetime when I had the customer service experience like the Prime One Motorsports provided to me. It felt like they treated me as a member of their family and trust me, it is super hard to find people like them in these times, people who are willing to put in their personal time for a client after the sales transaction is done. I have owned myAudi A5 premium plus 2.0T for over 9 years,I am the second owner. I have looked at newer ones and the S5 and the RS5 but have kept firm with the A5. My car is monsoon Gray with saddle interior. I have 51000 miles on it and I get about 25 mpg. The comfortable, quiet ride is only surpassed by the 8 speed at in sport mode as it effortlessly and flawlessly brings me to 70mph on the pa turnpike. Wow, still makes me smile after 9 years and smiles per mile is the most important thing for me now. When I get out of her I still have to take a moment to admire her lines and design. I have owned many cars, from many very competent manufactures but the Audi A6 to me is that 1 girl I will keep forever.

My son was looking for a car we have traveled to look at three different cars at different dealers all were very disappointing. I spotted this car on the internet called about it was told it could be put on hold . I was told the car was in very good shape .The car meet all of our expectations when we got there . Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I've on 2013 RS5 for 10 years. It is the best GT car I have owned. It is beautiful, comfortable and a very good driver in all road conditions. It is not a track car because of it's weight - but that is also why it feels so solid on the road. It's maintenance costs have been average for an $80k (in 2013) German Uber car. That means don't buy this thinking you are going to pay Toyota prices to maintain it. This is a car with a bespoke engine derived from a Lambo. It has a dual clutch gearbox that works incredibly well. Both will require maintenance over time. Regarding the BMW fanboys that posted earlier and complain about tires losing air - not sure they even owned one.

I don't write reviews, but I feel I had to for this one. Was a bit nervous and not sure how it was going to go, but Enrique and Andrew made it all seem like I was worrying for nothing lol. The whole experience was great, professional and the atmosphere was very laid back. Thank you guys for going above and beyond for me, will definitely recommend Ocean Cadillac to my friends and family. Took my dad for a ride and he loves my new car. This car has wonderful looks and explosive acceleration. The Bronze Package adds those hot bronze wheels. I love the extra room in the hatch that comes in handy during those Lowe's runs...... what's not to like about this car!

The 2011 R8 Spyder is the best car I've ever driven. It's fast, comfortable and beautiful, even after 10 years. This car has aged about as well as any car I've ever seen.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?
