They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. We bought the car and were so pleased with our purchase and their service, especially Francisco's. Today I received the plate and the registration all coordinated by Francisco, who kept me informed on all the steps. This is a wonderful dealership and Francisco was simply superb. Will highly recommend. Thank you so much for all you did for us. Next time (or may be another life) we will stop by to purchase that gorgeous yellow Ferrari. For now, we are very happy with our beautiful and safe Tesla.

I acquired a 2021 TTRS in August, trading in a 2022 Audi TTS on this beast. If your looking for a practical car, look elsewhere. The ride is rough, not much room inside. This vehicle is a toy. A fast one at that. Especially with an ECU tune. Holy Toledo! And that 5 cycling engine. My wife’s Mercedes has a lot more tech features, has room. A great traveling car. But it’s not a TTRS.
