No dealership is worth writing a glowing review over. I have bought two used vehicles from Marhoffer. Generally, they were less hassle than other dealers I dealth with. Both times the salespeople were honest about what they knew about the vehicle and what they didnt - that's fine as in the internet age the customer often knows more than the salesman. Both times for me there were mild shenanigans and screwings happening in the financing, but better than other dealers in the big picture. Like any car sale, be preparred to say "I'll walk, and think it over." This does wonders. Overall, I'm as happy with buying at Marhofer as I would be anywhere else.

Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

Had them pick up my car for oil change and normal maintenance. Timely pick up. Showed video as they checked car, etc. Returned car, at a reasonable time.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). Throughout the process they were reasonable and easy to work with. My wife and I just bought a new to us 2015 Audi Q5 form Josh Obenreder and wanted to write a review to express how happy we are that we got to deal with him. This dealer is by far the best Audi dealer that I have had a chance to deal with. As far as used cars go this one was immaculate both visually and mechanically. I am a Master Auto Tech by trade and Audi Certified, I drove 250 miles to deal with this dealer over any local dealer. The first thing I did when I got home was put the Q5 on a lift to install a new set of snow tires. I found all the brakes to be serviced, filters changed, oil changed and level properly set, drive belts looked new. They treated this car like a new car sale and it showed through. I wish I could go back and buy 10 more!! I will be back.

We were in the market For a used car for my almost 16 year old son and Harry helped us find the perfect car for him! Two days later my son still has a glued smile on his face! 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?
