They’re very responsive and communicate well via email. I ended up not getting the car because it was purchased before I was able to go to the shop but they kept me updated and offered me alternatives.

I recently purchased a 2019 Porsche Targa C4S from Motorcars of the Main Line. I worked directly with the owner, David Mizrachi, who I found to be open, genuine, very responsive and professional. I have had bad experiences purchasing remote before and this was a large investment, so I came into this transaction with a heightened sense of skepticism. David not only eased those concerns, he followed through on everything he promised. I did have a minor issue with the car unbeknownst to David, and he made it right immediately. I can highly recommend Motorcars of the Main Line and intend to buy from them again. To echo other reviewers, the buying experience was pleasant and pressure-free. More importantly, with the pricing was very fair and coordinating delivery a breeze.

Kristina Melendy was our finance consultant. She was unbelievable. She listened to what our needs were. She asked a lot of questions and was extremely knowledgeable. The dealership was very busy. However, I never felt rushed. Both of your employees took the time to help us in any way they can. Many dealerships can learn a lesson from both of these outstanding human beings. Kristina talked about how much she loves working at BMW and how honored she feels to work in such a positive environment. Gregor talked about all the training and support he gets from an unbelievable company. I have worked at Gap Inc and was the director of stores for 11 years. I understand customer service at its core. It is my first 2022 Audi A4 S 45 and I like it. Dealer, MR Dimitri was very nice and helpful. I with my wife felt very welcome. All questions were answer. We bought car on 12/27/2021. Unfortunately due to shortage of new cars there was no opportunity to negotiate the price and it was a little higher then I expected based on my research.
