Bought remotely from a couple states away. Opted to arrange my own financing. Ken & Joe were very patient, holding the vehicle (with minimal deposit) while lender rqmts. for availability of funds were met. They made it EZ. An all around awesome experience! I love this car. I had a Toyota Rav4, but it was totaled in an accident. I wanted another mini SUV, but didn't see anything I liked out on the market. Saw the Audi A3 and thought it was cute, but low to the ground. After being hit, the last thing I wanted was a low car. This is the sleekest, zippiest, and most comfortable car. Love the interior and panoramic sun/moonroof. Since Audi is becoming more popular in the states, and owned by VW, parts aren't as hard to find nor are they as expensive as they used to be. I'm so happy I bought this car!

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

What a ride! Planted, balanced, premium feel and a standout design both inside and out. It’s sedate when you want it to be, yet a beast when you’re ready. I’ve owned BMW’s, Lexus’s, Infiniti’s, Lincolns...this is by far the most amazing car I’ve ever owned and driven. Can’t recommend it enough!

Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.
