My Audi Q5 was driven to look at a warranty covered repair, it was shifting roughly from Park to Drive. It took about 3 days to check everything out, reset the computer for driving more smoothly and make sure all warranted systems were in peak driving condition. They fixed everything very well and submitted warranty covered conditions. Also the Service Specialist, Kristian, set me up with a 2026 Audi Q5 loaner. My whole experience with Audi Westmont dealership has been top of the line. I send kudos and praise to all the staff that assisted me and fixed my car properly. 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Purchased a new Avalon from them today. Wesley Radford was my sales rep and the entire process was an extremely pleasant experience. Wesley was patient with me and did not give any hard sell tactics. There was a slight glitch due to my misreading some info and Wesley rectified everything to my great satisfaction. Everyone else in the process was polite and helpful. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.
