This is the best car I have ever owned. My dream car was a Maserati, but I changed my mind Audi A7 all the way.

Not only have I purchased 2 CPO audis from them, I always have them serviced here too. They have never let me down. They are fast, friendly, honest. When buying a car from them, it's EASY PEASY! Both CPO's came with Audi Care program for free services until 50,000 miles that previous owner had, no games,no pressure. Both CPO's came/ 100,000 mile warranty. (drive it like you stole it!). My last trip in 4 service, I traded in my A5 for ttrs. They are real fast/ paperwork, dmv, etc. A lot of other dealers could learn from them. I'll be back.

Using my USAA car services , I found an almost new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek - just what I wanted, at Audi Reno/ Tahoe. Talked to Alex Cuddy about the vehicle and it's walk-away price and, after reserving it, flew from Burke, Virginia to Reno, Tahoe to pick it up - had a very nice ride home. What a ride! Planted, balanced, premium feel and a standout design both inside and out. It’s sedate when you want it to be, yet a beast when you’re ready. I’ve owned BMW’s, Lexus’s, Infiniti’s, Lincolns...this is by far the most amazing car I’ve ever owned and driven. Can’t recommend it enough!

Just wanted to give my heartfelt thanks to Parker and the team at Reno Audi. After the past couple of years dealing with local and statewide dealers that have added $5k or $10k markups or forced add-on options (e.g. $5-8k “vehicle protection packages”), and dealing with long order timeframes and supply issues, my hopes of buying a new car were fading. There were only a small number of dealers that offered at MSRP, but with 8-12+ month timeframes. I decided to look out of state nearby, and connected with Parker at Reno Tahoe. From the very start, Parker was extremely responsive and took the time to understand my requirements. He showed patience and answered many of my questions, especially when it came to the logistics of purchasing out of state, and made the entire experience smooth and easy, keeping me up to date along the way. He was able to get me in immediately for a build slot and got me an order at the factory. The entire process from initial contact, placing the factory build order, to receiving the new vehicle was less than four months, which includes the month-long ocean shipping time. Parker went over available rebates/incentives and purchase options and the Reno team gave me realtime support when it came time to registering the vehicle at my local CA DMV office. Reno management also checked in to make sure things were going well and if there were any questions or help needed. This has been by far, the best experience I’ve ever had interacting with a team at a dealership and purchasing a vehicle. The customer service, personal attention and care is something that is sorely missed nowadays, and I wish other dealers and other industries would take notice and start addressing. This car is by far the best car I've ever owned. I've had various Porche's, Shelby's, Range Rover's, Cadillac's you name it, I've had it. The Audi RS7 is by far the "BEST CAR" out there.
