Had a Q5 2023 and 1 month after purchase car was a lemon. Audi Corp USA were of no help and very disappointing but Audi WPB were extremely helpful sorting the issue. They provided a loaner for 3 months while Audi Corp took there time. Finally a deal was sorted for a trade in for All road 2024- Audi WPB went up and beyond to help me out.

Buying and or leasing a car could be on my list of life's bad experiences but a necessity if you need transportation. Having a driver's licence of over 50 years tells you I've been through the dance many times. I'm taking the time to write this review because I had an easy go at it this week thanks to Luke Svanberg my salesman and Rachel Babbit who finalized the deal and is working on my trade in payoff including extended warranty refund.

I went in looking for an Audi and chase greeting along with bob the owner, they were awesome. Sean was my sales representative and he was awesome also the process was fast and easy and I went home a happy customer. 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Andy was so patient and answered my multitude of questions, always in a very friendly manner and with a caring attitude. He projects professionalism and demonstrates the desire to establish a great rapport with his clients. They called right away but no response on email and didn't want to claiming they had too many emails. Donny and Dimitri were easy to work with and very accommodating. Could have cleaned the vehicle I came to see better but overall was ok. They need to get on email in the current market as they apparently do not respond to email and never followed up with me after my test drive. Purchased elsewhere.
