We purchased a car from Dart Motors for our daughter. We walked in, they let her drive whatever she wanted & were very pleasant to deal with, not like your typical used car salesman that stalks you on the lot. They had no problem with us taking it to our mechanic to have it checked out. It coded on a few items & they repaired those items & even items that we didn’t ask them to fix. They also give a 3 month power train warranty as a bonus as a standard practice. The paperwork process only took an hour. They are wonderful here. They really care & they have some pretty cool cars. I bought this 2014 Audi S7 one year ago with 116kkm. I don’t do lots of driving so I’m at almost 124kkm. It’s been an interesting ownership experience for me since acquiring the vehicle from a BMW dealership, I have a learned its service history. There has been a lot of work done on the car so perhaps I am lucky to be owning it at this point and hope the worse has already happens and it clea sailing. Previous repair orders that I got from the local Audi store dealt with many items. And Include: the whistling nose that comes from the oil separator, the fuel door actuator, two times, all motor mounts, front and rear control arms et al. I also learned that the car had an ECU and TCU tune using Unitronix software. I contacted the company who did that tune and got a pile of info as It also has upgraded sway bars and wheel spacers. The car was originally ordered new with Audi exclusive paint as Daytona grey pearl which was not available on the S7, but rather only on A7 or the RS7. I contacted the selling dealer and got the 2014 order guide to check out options and pricing at the time it was new. I also contacted Audi Canada corporate and got the build sheet on the car and learned the car was manufactured on May 5, 2014 making it one of the last of the C7’s. With this tcu tune, the car has a 5500 RPM launch and does so like a rocket. I believe it’s pushing a 1-4 mile at 11.5 territory with a 0 to 100 km an hour in the mid-threes although I haven’t tested it. Getting back to repairs done, I have also discovered that all 4 camshaft position sensors on one of the banks has been replaced. The brakes were recently done. On another repair order, I learned that the fuel pump, the one in the gas tank, was also replaced. The selling dealership also took care of two check engine light problems that occurred recently after purchase. This includes a new thermostat, which is very expensive, as well as a post catalytic converter oxygen sensor. Further My service experience includes the recall for the oil strainer, which I was told, was in decent shape and not plugged. The service advisor told me in cases where oil strainer damages, and then damages the actual turbos. My strainer was all intact, and as I said, not plugged . I also purchased pre-paid Audi maintenance package. This package covers three service Intervals, including two majors and one minor. They are to occur at around 120k I’m (major and just done) , 135k km and 150 K km. For these three services it only cost me $1595, prepaid. I also contacted uniTronic directly where they offered to transfer the file/information/account into my name for $150 transfer fee which I had not done as yet. If you think this review has a lot of detail you should see the spreadsheet I have made! OK I’m a bit OCD.

Go see Bill. He is great! His consultative approach is refreshing in that biz. He knows about the cars instead of just working the deal like most others. The Managers were prepared and in time. No crazy wait times I was in and out in less than 1.5hrs! I would highly recommend this dealership and Bill specifically.

After test driving an RS7 in the DFW area, I knew I had to have one! I've been an Audi enthusiast for years, worked my way from an A4, to an SQ5, and now the RS7 (next R8 Spyder). Audi's are timeless in style and this one is no different. The RS7 is one of the fastest sedans out there and it's sure to bring a smile to your face when you floor it. The Performance Package ($20k+ base) might not be worth it for some, but the carbon fiber exterior and interior are amazing and slight performance upgrades are good. I highly recommend the car if you're looking for a fun, sleek, performance (I plan on tracking it), and family car. It's all in one! Love it.

Today I purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from this store. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, previously having done a ton of my own research. From there I worked with Avery and Sandi who were both knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. They were patient with my indecision, showing me 3 different trims of the same model to make sure I was entirely happy with my choice, and even helped me figure out how to save the most with financing. The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. This car has wonderful looks and explosive acceleration. The Bronze Package adds those hot bronze wheels. I love the extra room in the hatch that comes in handy during those Lowe's runs...... what's not to like about this car!

Mine is a 2018 Tornado Grey Competition Package, purchased CPO with about 33k miles. Other than a malfunctioning control module that was replaced under warranty it’s been flawless. The combination of comfort, ride, power, mileage, and styling is superb. Now with 66k miles I love it more than ever, and plan to keep for many years to come.

Has the comfort for the daily driver but the performance when you want it to enjoy when not in traffic. I wish I could keep this car but must sell as I need a larger car for my growing family.
