I took my car to Joe Morgan Honda to get my oil changed. The staff in their Service Department is always friendly and helpful. I dropped my car off and my husband took me to breakfast at a local restaurant. My car was washed and ready when we got back! Would highly recommend them!!

Yesterday I picked up my 3rd used car from the Audi Connection in Cincinnati, Ohio and I don't live in that state. I'm glad I gave Greg Meyer the chance to tell me about Audi's in depth quality assembly process which translates into trouble free driver experience. In my 4 years driving the Audi's that Greg sold me I have never had any problem with any of my cars. Not one trouble warning light, not one misfire, not one manufacturing oversight just simply exceeded driving expectations. One feature I really like is the Audi's unique Quattro drive, in the rain, in the snow I'm the 4 door sedan passing the Suv's. Spent several months researching a car purchase with Mike Kline and Craig Cliff. They patiently answered questions and waited for me to identify the desired model/trim and then to determine whether a new car or certified, pre-owned provided the best value for me. I did some Blue Book research the price negotiation process was relatively quick and painless. Used an Audi special financing deal to get a great interest rate and have Audi pay most of my first payment. Highly recommend this dealer.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

This car is amazing to drive the way it looks beautiful I would recommend this vehicle to anybody. I love the look before the modern facelift hope Audi keeps the stalling for this car. Just beautiful timeless.

I’ve never bought a car before and I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted, but when we got to the lot there were several great cars with low mileage at a great price. I was able to find a Ford Fusion that I loved and Alex was even able to have the windows tinted for me to make the car look even cooler than when I bought it. He worked hard to get me financed even though I had limited credit history. I really appreciate everything he did to make this first car buying experience such a great one!

Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

We went out to look at a convertible A5. Columbia had the color combo desired vs another dealer. They could not have been nicer, responsive and the consultant kept in contact thoughtfully. The buying experience was enjoyable, and the A5 convertible is awesome. Haven’t had to service yet, but they do communicate on scheduled maintenance. So far so good. Thanks Ron, I love my car!

I can write an entire diatribe about this car but I'll keep it simple! If you are looking for a luxury, convertible, look no further than the S5 cabriolet. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! It is an absolute beast in the performance department, the options that come with this car for the price are unmatched and of course every single detail is perfectly executed!

Was able to negotiate a fair deal over the phone pick up was nice and quick.

I’ve owned several Audis over the years and my new 2023 S5 Sportback is the best yet Powerful, stylish, reliable, with outstanding build quality Absolutely love this car!

My first Audi. Awesome car. I came out of a Porsche 911 turbo. Wanted something under warranty and like the looks of the S7. Went an drove it - WOW. Comfort is out of sight. Power is unbelievable at 420HP, period, but especially for a larger car. fouind a sweet deal used with 3,000 miles. Wasn't a demo, I think whoever purchased it, the car was too large, to powerful, something. Bad for them, good for me. Got it priced right. The interior it top notch in presentation and workman ship. The longer i drive the car the more impressed i am. Enough so that I'm considering the RS7 that comes out later this year with 560 HP

If you haven’t heard of this place you are missing out. I had the best experience with Alec here. He doesn't talk to you like a car salesman, he talks to you like a caring human being. He spent all the time I needed walking though the inventory, and having a number of test drives! I got a new car today and they approved me at the very best rate too!
