2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

My wife and I just bought a new 2024 Tiguan SE from Alexandria VW, and we were very impressed with the attention and service we received. We initially made an appointment with Atig Popal, who was our Sales Associate, for Friday but we had to bump it up to Thursday, which Atig said "no problem, come on in". (We found out later that Thursday was Atig's day off, which he gave up to accommodate our schedule) Atig made our car buying experience a real pleasure. He showed us a number of vehicles and features we were interested in. He has a very easy-going way about him, that made us very comfortable, asking questions and discussing details with him. We also shared some laughs and stories along the way. which made more relaxed. He was genuinely helpful and caring that we got what we wanted. We met a number of other staff members that all were helpful and treated us like family. Such a good team there. We were able to shop, buy and drive away all in the same afternoon. Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.

If you want a sporty high-performing car that gets over 100mpg in short trips, this is the car for you! Amazingly corners and the fastest car from a dead-stop of any car I've owned and this is of course due largely to the fact it is a high-performing hybrid.

We had a surprisingly (for me) good experience at Koons Chevrolet. Our salesperson Abdelilah was not pushy at all but informative. We never felt rushed, something that bugs me at a lot of car lots. Would definitely visit again.

I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know

Had a great experience recently buying a 2018 Honda Odyssey from Auto Trademark. Babar was great to work with. They did not negotiate at all on price but did start me out with a great price so I wasn’t too concerned. Very honest and trustworthy place. They even fixed something wrong with the car (minor issue) that THEIR salesman found after I had signed the paperwork and did so free of charge. Upfront about the fees and final price, and allow offsite pre-purchase inspections unlike other dealers in the area who only allow that on their lot. Very easy and enjoyable process from start to finish, even having to bring my very young children to the dealer with me. Recommend this dealer and Babar in particular.

My first Audi. Awesome car. I came out of a Porsche 911 turbo. Wanted something under warranty and like the looks of the S7. Went an drove it - WOW. Comfort is out of sight. Power is unbelievable at 420HP, period, but especially for a larger car. fouind a sweet deal used with 3,000 miles. Wasn't a demo, I think whoever purchased it, the car was too large, to powerful, something. Bad for them, good for me. Got it priced right. The interior it top notch in presentation and workman ship. The longer i drive the car the more impressed i am. Enough so that I'm considering the RS7 that comes out later this year with 560 HP

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.
