Great dealership and they have plenty of car models and options to choose from, really clean spacious facility and seems very organized. They offer competitive pricing and are competing tough against Dallas, Plano, Houston market as well. The Sales Associate was very quick to respond and provided me a final number within minutes of my first interaction and cut-out lots of back and forth that usually happens with car buying at dealership. Also, he was proactive in ensuring to request my address, driver license and other documents so the car was practically ready once I reached the dealership. The location of the dealership is also a plus point, literally off the main freeway in North Austin. The staff in general has a no-frills, straight to the point personality and it really makes you feel that you are making your own decision and they don’t try to oversell, but rather help you find a vehicle based on your request and budget. I had a great experience with salesperson, Steven in March 2025. The other staff that I interacted with were really good and helpful too. I didn’t feel pressured. I appreciated that they didn’t try to turn it into an all day process. I purchased the specific used vehicle that I had been searching for online. I have owned two BMWs and have taken my car to both BMW dealerships in the Austin area, but BMW of South Austin by far exceeds any other dealership when it comes to truly caring for the customer. The staff is nice and friendly and everything is so seamless and straightforward. For me, the star is the Service Advisor : Brian Woolverton. He exceeds expectations in all aspects of providing you the best service possible, EVERYTIME. I am from Pflugerville and I drive for 40-45mins just because he is an excellent advisor. If you are in Austin area and have a BMW, I would highly recommend you to go meet with Brian for all your servicing needs. You will not be let down.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

I hate to parrot the other great reviews. But I will. We too hate all the issues in buying a new car. City Limits Subaru changed that after all our years of buying cars but dreading it. City Limits Subaru was the greatest. Car selection was fantastic. Even better was everyone at the dealership was above and beyond any other auto dealer. The staff was attentive, respectful, very efficient, knowledgeable and, no pressure at all. No pressure with the sale of the vehicle or the finance department. If I could I’d buy another vehicle from them tomorrow. Believe me when I say City Limits Subaru has no limits.

My lease was about to expire and I was contacted by Gary Swenson about getting a new 2025 RS7. He had one coming in and was still able to customize the car. We sat down with him and walked through all the options and configured the car exactly how we wanted it. The car arrived 90 days later we setup a date when we could come in and take delivery and Gary sent me a link to apply for the lease option. I did all the online paperwork so when we went in to the dealership everything was ready to go. All we had to do was sit down with the finance person sign some documents and we were ready to go. Gary made the purchase as easy as possible.

I submitted a request to see 3 Audi SQ5's and was contacted by Graham the next morning. I told him that we didn't have much time, but were going to come by to see the 3 cars. He had one out and waiting for me out front, and this was the one I ended up purchasing that day. Graham went above and beyond to make it a great experience and was able to negotiate a fair trade in value for my Bronco Sport. Upon pick-up, we noticed something when driving home and notified Graham. He got back to us in minutes with an appointment to drop off, and we had the car back in 2 days. During that time, he made sure we were taken care of with very nice rental vehicles and was in communication with us about the progress. I would definitely recommend Graham and will be back to work with him for our next Audi!

Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.
