I chose having a Mazda cx-30 being shipped in. He approximately told me about three months and it was! The whole buying process was easy for me. I’m only 19 and didn’t have much to know about a new purchase on a vehicle, but Jacob took the time to explain things to me. Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

We spent an afternoon with Tom Quant at Audi St Paul and left as owners of a new Q5. I test drove several cars and asked a lot of questions. Tom was very patient, answered all of our questions and made the experience enjoyable. I’m extremely happy my new car and would recommend working with Tom.

The people in the shop were excellent, except for I had a low tire and they didn't catch that. It shows on my receipt that they did a 27 point inspection? Wouldn't that include my tires? When I asked the cashier what some of the inspection colors meant, she had no idea and wasn't interested in helping me find out either. Other than that everything was wonderful, I got my oil changed.

Great place to purchase a European import vehicle. Very clean and orderly, friendly staff, and a nice inventory. The place is very different from your standard automotive dealership. Even if you're not ready to purchase, I highly recommend just stopping by and browsing their inventory of eye-catching European cars.

I recently bought a pre owned 2018 BMW X3, M class vehicle from Right Buy Auto. At first when I drove by his place I was skeptical because it didn't have the fancy out door signs and decorated lobbies you'd see in Architecturial Digest Magazine, along with the secretarial assistant sitting behind the fancy curved desk. This car meets all my needs. However, my original plan was to purchase the new RS7 which I found out would not be available until end of 2020, so I purchased the A7 until the ordered RS7 is delivered. Excellent condition. Fun to drive.

I live in a coastal town south of LA and my etron is like a luxurious golf cart I can drive all electric most days. When i have the occasional longer drive the etron works for that and still gets about 42mpg. I am average 85mpg across both driving types. Interior quality is excellent and very comfortable. High quality fit and finish. It's a beautiful little machine you can buy for 25K with low mileage in like new condition as of 2021. Seems like a good deal. I am concerned about battery degradation, but there is a 10 year warranty on electric components including the battery. Despite the small size, you can still fit a large santa cruz mountain bike in the back with the front wheel removed.
