Purchased a Grand Highlander at Woburn from out of state. Kayo was helpful and consistently available for communication prior to my arrival at the dealership, making the process mostly smooth once at the dealership. There was a minor issue in the finance office regarding out of state temp plates that was addressed and I was able to take the vehicle home same day. Even so, Kayo and Viviani from finance remained professional and supportive throughout. A few days after the purchase, I had a small hiccup at the DMV. Kayo was immediately available and helped me work through issue. I appreciate his responsiveness, highly recommend!

Love all of the exterior lines, interior design, and all of the great features wrapped inside of the sexy Audi S5. The performance is top notch. I have owned and liked both Mercedes and BMW, however, I have fallen in love with my Audi. I would love to become an Interior Designer for Audi North America!

I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know

They were excellent. They got me right to the car I was looking for and They did not attempt to add any illegitimate fees to increase the price. They got the car ready for me so I could pick it up the next day ready to go. The experience of getting a car from this place went as well as it could have gone. I highly recommend them. 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

We recently had a significant caution light suddenly appear, and called Audi Peabody to schedule an appointment for repairs. We spoke with Chantel, who was very helpful and able to offer us an appointment within 1 hour of our call. When we arrived we were met by Joe Faria, Service Consultant. From the beginning of our interaction Joe was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. He listened to our explanation of the situation, asked appropriate clarifying questions and assured us that our issue would be dealt with in a thorough and expeditious manner. Joe communicated with us throughout the repair process to keep us informed of the status of our repair. Our entire interaction with Joe vastly exceeded our expectations and we are extremely satisfied with Joe and the service provided by the technician who worked on our vehicle. When our two Audi Q5's require service in the future we will unquestionably return to Audi Peabody and work with Joe as our Service Consultant.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

The person who helped me was Georgios Krikis and he was so helpful and nice. As soon as I walked in he greeted me and my mom, asked me a few questions and knew EXACTLY what I wanted in a car and he provided me just that! Georgios was very thorough and detail oriented in helping assist me during my car hunt. He asked a lot of questions regarding my wants and needs in a car and the one I bought has near just about every feature I was looking for in one. He followed up with me every chance he could get on updates with picking it up and such. As soon as I test drove the car I fell in love with it and Georgios knew I would. Mine is a 2018 Tornado Grey Competition Package, purchased CPO with about 33k miles. Other than a malfunctioning control module that was replaced under warranty it’s been flawless. Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.
