I didnt make an appointment but it was no problem for them to get me with someone immediately. I met with Angel and told him of the car that I was interested in and we went for a test drive after asking a couple of questions about the car as well as the financing. My father in law asked questions I didnt think to ask when I got back and we went through the process of obtaining the 2021 Nissan Versa. As I wanted to drive it that day, I also went through the process of obtaining insurance for it, which I was told was okay from Angel. Both the application for insurance and the loan took about equal time but after two or three hours, I drove the car I wanted home with no problems and a happy customer

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. Went to novak a couple of weeks ago to look at one of the rams they had, Rodney treated me and we took it for a test drive. Pleased I knew I would want the truck but had to sell my car first (to low of a trade) Rodney understood and let me walk out with out any pressure, that right there is something you don't find at car dealerships.. Rodney stayed in touch with me over the next two weeks and when my car got sold, I drove straight over to novak in Hope's the truck I wanted was still there, and it was! I bought it and pretty happy with my purchase. Pros - no bs, no dealer drama, seemingly very good low mileage off lease cars/trucks. Cons - no haggling.. You might be able to knock a little bit off the price but you are pretty much going to pay what it says on the sticker.. Which of you have a tight budget, isn't good. But with that said I would recommend Novak motors to others as the actual buying experience was great.

I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money!
