Exceptional things to mention: 1 - extended test drives for an hour 2- Letting you take the car for hours for pre-purchase checks with BMW dealer - I bought a 2014 535i Xdrive - twin-turbo and I took it to Fairfax BMW for full detailed check - answer from the dealer -- great condition nothing to do, just drive and enjoy 3 - 30 day Guarantee on the engine and drive train but you can take it back to him if you feel uncomfortable with any out-of-place noise or so, and he will check for free in a 30 day period. 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

What criteria do you have in shopping your next used vehicle? 1. You want to buy a used car that is believed to be absolutely trouble free (Equivalent to a certified grade). 2. You are ok to buy a car at a fair market price (You are not trying to find a steal deal or to negotiate a price). 3. You hate sales pitch. Then go to Carmax. This is my best advice based on my past car buying experiences with all sorts of car dealers. You can't go wrong with Carmax if the above three are your criteria. Carmax set an extremely high standard in their car reconditioning protocols. Carmax certification is as good as manufacturer's certifications. Meanwhile, you will be discouraged if you come to Carmax in hope to find a steal deal, because all of their cars are priced RIGHT, and they never give you a room to negotiate over the price. This means that they don't play games, and they don't let you play games, either. They are fair. You have to be fair, too. A good news is, they don't try to steal your money. So don't try to steal theirs. However, I have one serious advice: Get pre-approved by a local credit union before coming to Carmax. While Carmax too does offer financing, their repayment rule has a catch. Say your monthly payment was set to $100. If you put $500 at once, you expect that the extra $400 would automatically go to principal payment, right? Not with Carmax financing. Instead, the first $300 goes to the three upcoming monthly payments, and only the remaining $200 will go to principal payment. If you intend to pay off your auto loan quick, this repayment rule that they set up is a deal breaker. A good thing is, they will gladly let you use your credit union financing; they won't pressure you into choosing their financing service. Good luck, and never go back to liars that live in the rest of the world.

I booked my 2023 Tucson hybrid in to this dealership with a check engine light showing whenever the car was started and with a check hybrid system light showing after a few miles of driving. I had tried to get these problems fixed at two other Hyundai dealers in the area, but neither had fixed the problem for good. Each had had our car for several days, and with no loaners available. This dealer fixed the problem in a few days, replacing a defective part, and thoroughly test drove the car (twice) to make sure all was in order. Would like to sincerely thank Miguel Paz, the service advisor, for this excellent work.

The S7 may be the most perfect car ever made...once you get it used. At a whopping 100K price tag new, just wait 3 years and they hit the 40K mark quite quickly. Then, you have the smoothest, slickest, near supercar out there with minimal investment or risk. Best Audi I've ever had and I've had 14!

Erkan (Rick) and his colleagues were super helpful and really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opener). The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. Great job, Erkan! Strongly recommend the dealership!

Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.

We bought a car here at Auto Trademark and had to do it in a hurry. We spent a couple hours looking at and driving cars and the entire time we were never hassled or pressured. A hose had broke and the dealership stepped right up and took care of the issue. I was back in my car the same day. We were shocked it all happened so quickly and professionally. I had a great experience buying my 25 Nissan Rogue from Auto Giants Nissan. The process was smoother then i expected, and my sale professional Ali Zer was very helpful.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

I can write an entire diatribe about this car but I'll keep it simple! If you are looking for a luxury, convertible, look no further than the S5 cabriolet. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! It is an absolute beast in the performance department, the options that come with this car for the price are unmatched and of course every single detail is perfectly executed!
