I initially shopped at Sewell Cadillac, but they were extremely greedy and unwilling to work with me. That’s when I called Martin Vara at Cavender. From the very first conversation, Martin told me Cavender would give me a deal I couldn’t refuse without seeing any other offers—and he absolutely overdelivered. At this point I knew this was my dealership. I didn’t need to go back and forth and shop around because Cavender put their best foot forward from the very beginning. Martin coordinated everything seamlessly. I spoke with the Sales Manager over the phone, we agreed on numbers quickly, and they immediately removed the vehicle from inventory. While I completed my credit application and paperwork online, they had the LYRIQ prepped and ready to go. Martin called to let me know everything was approved and ready for pickup. When I arrived at the dealership, the Cadillac facility was beautiful, and everyone was welcoming and professional. Within five minutes, I met the Sales Manager—super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. Any last-minute questions were answered clearly and honestly. While I was signing paperwork, Martin took the time to walk my wife through the LYRIQ, explaining all the features and giving her a full introduction to the vehicle. There were zero surprises—the numbers were exactly what we agreed on. From start to finish, I was in and out in about 40 minutes. That’s unheard of these days. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had—from sales, to management, to delivery. Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

I purchased a pre-owned BMW. Sales dept was very friendly, not pushy. It actually took me several days to decide and I did shop around but Principal Volvo was patient and worked with me. They value their customers and they were best able to meet my needs. I can highly recommend them!

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Once we had an appointment, we had a smooth experience. The wait times can be very long, so make sure you have one. Jaxon took great care of us and communicated appropriately. The financing was easy and a very competitive rate. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. After we completed all of the paperwork, the wait was a bit long to drive out the door, but overall, I would buy from CarMax again and recommend it!

This car meets all my needs. However, my original plan was to purchase the new RS7 which I found out would not be available until end of 2020, so I purchased the A7 until the ordered RS7 is delivered. Excellent condition. Fun to drive.

Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.

One of the easiest purchases I’ve made found my vehicle had my own financing drove it had it checked out. Done very happy with my purchase and they worked well with me, definitely recommend buying from them again because the prices are excellent and the vehicles are clean, best selection of Honda’s and easy to buy.

A great size wagon. Great on fuel, wonderful handling. Audi has extended warranty for diesel engines. Alcantara interior is so stylish and easy to clean
