Third used car I've bought in the DSM area in past year, first time from Audi of DSM. Best experience of all three. Easiest process of all three. Best customer service of all three. Fastest turnover time of all three. What more needs to be said. Well done Audi of DSM.

Stupid accident brought me to see Mike in the body shop. Second time the garage door gouged the hatch. Mike took the car right away fixed it and cleaned it up better than when I dropped it off. Thanks Mike, great job.

I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!

Amazing car. Fast, luxurious cruiser with ample amounts of space! Unique styling makes it a head turner! Interior is very comfortable and functional, and the touch screens are very intuitive to learn.

Jason in finance was very courteous and really took his time to answer the questions fully, which I appreciate. Talking to Jason really was a pleasure and it feels so refreshing to deal with people and have a good human conversation and build a relationship, vs dealing with someone on a transaction level. As far as the dealership is great, i really liked that they weren’t pushy for sales not aggressive when negotiating, just fair humans (in my opinion) (which has been my experience, unfortunately in the past with other dealerships). I found them very transparent regarding pricing, discounts and add ons and if I wasn’t interesting in something, no guilt tripping! Which I loved! The after sale care was excellent too! They set me up with the Kia guru, Ashly, to go over all the bells and whistles… far beyond what I could find in YouTube (and believe me I’ve went through several tutorials). This car meets all my needs. However, my original plan was to purchase the new RS7 which I found out would not be available until end of 2020, so I purchased the A7 until the ordered RS7 is delivered. Excellent condition. Fun to drive.

Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.
