Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

The repairs and guidance we received from Service Advisor Stephen Chong and Master Mechanic Fernando were Best in CLASS on the repairs necessary for our 2013 Tiguan - Volkswagen. Both were able to explain and guide us through the critical repairs that our aged Tiguan needed to keep it on the road. Stephen did a fantastic job to keep the overall costs lowered through efforts of discounts that Principle Volkswagen of Grapevine have in place for customers. We felt the overall cost to repair our vehicle with OEM parts was minimal. We were also very pleased Stephen was honest in his assessment with the practicality of us purchasing a new vehicle down the road, in about 5 years. Principle Volkswagen?s Master Mechanic Fernando, was the BEST in locating the EXACT cause of our Tiguan?s problems with his thorough inspection. He also explained the issues causing a loud roaring sound inside the vehicle cab that anyone could understand. 2017 RS7 Performance -- This car is unbelievably fast when called on, yet around town works really well as a daily driver. Love the rifle-shots on the upshifts in Dynamic Mode, as well as the optional Bang and Olufsen stereo. It's a hatchback, too, so you can fit a decent amount of luggage in the back as well. As always, Audi's interior fit and finish is the best of any car I've owned (this is my first Audi), and the Google maps interface is spectacular. Had a great purchasing experience at Audi South Austin in Austin, TX, both with sales and service. Have about 7500 miles on the car now, and everything still feels like new. If you have the money, then the RS7 is a car that truly does it all.

Mine is a 2018 Tornado Grey Competition Package, purchased CPO with about 33k miles. Other than a malfunctioning control module that was replaced under warranty it’s been flawless. The combination of comfort, ride, power, mileage, and styling is superb. Now with 66k miles I love it more than ever, and plan to keep for many years to come.
