I had a really good experience at Audi Meadowlands, mostly thanks to Lindsey. This is my sixth lease, and honestly, it was the best experience I’ve had with a dealership so far. Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

He answered all of our questions and kept us informed about the status of our order at every turn. During the delivery, he took the time to demonstrate every feature of the vehicle, making us confident we could operate all of the amenities that came with the Yukon. 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

They parked my car after a recall service on a pile of snow- keep in mind its lowered and has a lot of work done to it. Granted, there was no damage to the car (surprisingly), i still dont appreciate how my seat was moved and they left my car a mess. It seemed like the techs were touching things inside of the cabin, i had streaks of something all over my windshield. The work was great but i dont recommend mechanics treating others cars like their own.

I’m someone who always fears signing papers. Here I liked that the finance woman literally sat down and explained what APR means, what’s included in the payment, and where the fees go. No hidden fine print appeared later.

I bought a second pickup for snow and construction work. I asked to put it on a lift right away and they showed me the frame, rails, where rust was only surface and where there was nothing to worry about. For salty winters this matters, and I appreciated the honesty.

Amazing car. Fast, luxurious cruiser with ample amounts of space! Unique styling makes it a head turner! Interior is very comfortable and functional, and the touch screens are very intuitive to learn.

This car is amazing to drive the way it looks beautiful I would recommend this vehicle to anybody. I love the look before the modern facelift hope Audi keeps the stalling for this car. Just beautiful timeless.
