I had an excellent experience at Audi Northlake and wanted to take the time to give credit where it’s due. My brake warning light came on, so I brought my car in to have it checked. During the inspection, the team discovered that the shop who previously changed my brakes had left old brake pads lodged between the gas tank and the frame. I want to be very clear — Audi Northlake did NOT cause this issue. Even though the mistake wasn’t theirs, they took ownership of the situation and were upfront, professional, and extremely thorough in explaining what happened and how it affected the car. Robert was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process — knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and genuinely cared about making things right. He made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Because I service my car there regularly, they acknowledged that they felt bad the issue wasn’t caught during a prior visit and they went above and beyond by giving me a very generous discount on replacing the brakes and calipers. That level of integrity and customer care is rare. This experience reinforced why I continue to trust Audi Northlake with my vehicle. I recently purchased an Audi A6 at Audi Northlake and was not disappointed in any way from start to finish. I worked with Ray Carruthers (Sales Advisor) to consummate the deal, and was truly impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. His overall jovial disposition made it real easy to interact with him, and his eagerness to ensure I was taken care of didn’t go unnoticed. Came in for my bi annual detail, new tires and a concern on my presense. Cheyenne was my service advisor. The loaner was already waiting for me when I pulled into the drive. They located the concern and immediately had it fixed. Tires were ordered quickly. Cheyenne was very knowledgeable about the issue I was experiencing as well as making sure I got the right tires for my car. When I pulled into pick my car up, it was already waiting. It looked brand new again! I’ve been working with her since she started and she’s a true delight to work with. Quick on communication and making sure everything is taken care of. I never have to worry when I come here and work with Cheyenne. I know I’m in great hands with her.

I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I have taken my Audi to Audi of Charlotte since I purchased it. Bill Adkins consistently provides excellent and courteous service with service recommendations to keep it operating well and safely.

This car has wonderful looks and explosive acceleration. The Bronze Package adds those hot bronze wheels. I love the extra room in the hatch that comes in handy during those Lowe's runs...... what's not to like about this car!
