Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

If you want a sporty high-performing car that gets over 100mpg in short trips, this is the car for you! Amazingly corners and the fastest car from a dead-stop of any car I've owned and this is of course due largely to the fact it is a high-performing hybrid.

Joseph listened attentively to what mattered most to us in functionality, comfort, and price, and helped us to find many options that would be a good fit for us. We had a list of some we were interested in and he recommended some others that would fit the ticket well. He was so patient and informative as we test drove countless cars! Seriously, this guy is like a walking car encyclopedia! But also, isn't afraid to look something up if he's not sure, which rarely happens. It felt like car shopping with your cool uncle who knows everything about cars and is looking out for you. Can't recommend enough asking for Joseph when you need your next car!! He can pull almost any car from another Autonation location, so it's worth going here to work with him even if it's out of your way or doesn't have the car you think you might want! We wound up not finding our vehicle within the Autonation inventory, but still wanted to go out of our way to leave a review for Joseph because he made that much of an impact! I purchased a 2001 Toyota 4-runner from Levi's this week - I found everyone there very friendly and helpful. They had no objection to my taking the car to my mechanic to be checked out - even though we were gone over an hour! when we got back, I was out the door with my SUV in less than an hour! After I bought my Toyota from them, I read some bad reviews that they had received - looks to me like someone didn't have the car checked out before purchase and had problems - that's the buyer's responsibility as all purchases are clearly "as is." I would NEVER buy a used car without getting it checked out first! Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and with Levi's.

We moved to Colorado from the east coast. Needing a vehicle for the CO weather, the Q5 was the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. Lindsey was so great to work with. During this challenging time in purchasing a vehicle, she was knowledgeable and patient with us. We worked with Lindsey to identify which Q5 was most suited to our taste. She researched and worked with another dealership that had the exact Q5 we wanted. We are beyond excited with our new vehicle. During our vehicle search, we visited several other Audi dealerships, but Prestige Audi was by far the most accommodating. Based on our experience at Prestige Audi, I do not see us going anywhere else when purchasing a vehicle in the future.

I've driven many makes of quality cars throughout my life and have had many experiences with a multitude of dealers and service centers. Prior to Prestige Audi my best experience was with a Volvo dealer/service center, but the folks at Prestige have exceeded even them. I purchased my Q7 five years ago from Prestige and have had it serviced there ever since - and I have been 100% pleased with those decisions. It's been an extremely reliable car and I've consistently received the best service I could ever hope for, let alone expect. Everyone on the Prestige staff has been very helpful and courteous, but a special shout out goes to Lucas who has been my Service Advisor for most of the past 5 years. I truly couldn't ask for more from any business or individual. 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs Up!

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Let’s just start by saying my family is a loyal Audi family! I currently have an A3 e-tron wagon and just helped my daughter purchase an older (2007) sport A3wagon from a Volvo dealership. The leather interior is so beautiful and holds its value, the dash is fun and sporty and easy to use. And the power and turning radius is one of the big bonuses of this car-especially in rainy wet conditions like Seattle has.

I walked in during lunch time and was greeted immediately by Sam. I was a little iffy because I wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for but Sam took the time with me. We identified a possible vehicle and I decided to come back after work. Sam had the car ready for me and addressed something that I had noted earlier in the day. He was finishing up with some clients and had Paul (I believe it was) take me on a test drive. I decided to move forward, I let them know that there were some challenges and they didn't flinch. Paul and I went over the specifics and he moved it along to the finance manager, Frenchy. Sam was able to join us again and we got an approval. It was all very smooth and painless. I returned the next day to drop off a check and pick up the car. Sam had it waiting in the delivery Bay and presented it to me, which was a nice touch! He helped me set up the Audi app and connect it to the car. They were great and everything was perfect! Probably the least stressful car buying experience I've had.
