Wow! Second vehicle purchased from Audi Henderson. Same salesman/salesfriend, Mr Ben Ward. Simply put: Product knowledge 10, Attention to detail/us 10, No slick talk 10, Ben Ward, "i need a new car same model as before. Gave me choices an we picked one. Ben Ward, "ok, I will put some #'s together". My number is ### per month. Ben, "ok i will see you in the morning" side note this was Friday late in front of my home with the vehicle in question. OK Ben see you then. Sat morning wife's new A3 sitting amongst a few Lambos ready to go. Finance time, monthly payment is, wait for it.. Exactly what I expressed i needed it to be! I expected different. Mr. Ben Ward no nonsense professional. We enjoyed the experience of adding a new car payment to our account even when we didn't want to do such a thing. Another story. Side Note, we decided to test drive the car this time. We did so with full confidence it would not be eventful and it wasn't. btw The test drive took longer then anyother part of the buying process. BMW of Henderson review
Husband and I came from Centennial to look at a car we saw online, Jagger greeted us and let us know that the car we wanted to see wasn’t available but there were other options available. The car he brought up for me was 10x better than what we even came to see! Even with me having to come back the following day (I get off work late) and hiccups with my bank/insurance, the process of buying was so smooth and nonaggressive that my husband and I were still sitting with the finance manager after everything was done lol. If there were more stars I could give believe me they’d have them all. Thank you Jagger, Ms Melendez and Mr. King.
2019 Audi S5 review
Absolutely the most versatile car available. The perfect combination of a sedan, wagon, hatch, and a coupe. The EA839 is a great power plant. Economic all with a great balance of power.

2018 Audi A7 review
Mine is a 2018 Tornado Grey Competition Package, purchased CPO with about 33k miles. Other than a malfunctioning control module that was replaced under warranty it’s been flawless. The combination of comfort, ride, power, mileage, and styling is superb. Now with 66k miles I love it more than ever, and plan to keep for many years to come.

Audi Las Vegas review
I went in for an oil change and ended up getting some additional service for fuel and oil performance. They weren?t pushy with sales which was nice. I did get a loaner. However I had to ask and they definitely don?t offer loaners like they normally would. That?s the only negative I can report.
2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
