Michel and the crew at CBB were very solid to deal with. They are straight up with pricing, worked with us on the trade in value of our current car (with a bit of cajoling, but hey, this is a car sale!) and made the buying process relatively painless for a dealership. We had our own financing, so I can't comment on how that works here. The business office was fairly competent and wasn't too pushy on upsells other than some mild attempts. As a former salesperson, I get it, no harm no foul, and they were gracious when we passed on their offers. We love the new car and will be back in the future when the time comes. Overall, a much better experience than my last car buy. Would definitely come back.

Worked with salesman for a few days trying to trade in a car and buy one of theirs. Not too bad overall, but could not get a decent price for my trade. Stopped communicating presumably because my offer was not good enough. Would probably try again with different and more responsive sales person.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

What a ride! Planted, balanced, premium feel and a standout design both inside and out. It’s sedate when you want it to be, yet a beast when you’re ready. I’ve owned BMW’s, Lexus’s, Infiniti’s, Lincolns...this is by far the most amazing car I’ve ever owned and driven. Can’t recommend it enough!

If you want a sporty high-performing car that gets over 100mpg in short trips, this is the car for you! Amazingly corners and the fastest car from a dead-stop of any car I've owned and this is of course due largely to the fact it is a high-performing hybrid.

I purchased a C8 convertible about 1 1/2 years ago from Autoboom. They were clear about price and doc fee. I purchased a 3-year warranty which I never do, but the price was right and I've used it 2x for small issues and every mechanic accepted the warranty. I upgraded to the 2017 S7 Prestige from driving a 2005 Audi A6 for 11 years. I gave the A6 to my son with 138,000 miles, it still runs great. This S version does not disappoint. A head turner, fast, and reliable. I have every option except the Sport Package and Alcantara headliner. Loaded with features not even listed like a 9GB hard drive to load CD's or DVD's if you choose. WiFi hot spot rocks especially with my Escort. Comfortable ride, love the adjustable settings. Cooled and heated seats, night vision, Bang and Olufsen stereo, heated steering, what is not to love. Audi is ditching the Google Earth feature for us in December 2020, and many fuel door actuators (dumb design Audi) are my only complaints. A7, S7, RS7, buy it, you won't be disappointed.

After purchasing a 2005 Tacoma I left a bad review because of what turned out to be miscommunication. The owner Sam called me directly and the issue was worked out via a telephone conversation with Sam and his shop foreman Don. I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know

Unbelievable performance. I purchased used with 16k miles for about 1/2 original sticker price. I had a 2003 RS6 and it had been an excellent automobile with great reliability, thus when I began contemplating replacement, I wanted another RS model. It is everything I had hoped for and the raw power of this car is just incredible (I own a Ford GT and a few classic muscle cars, this car is FAST!). I just sold a 2016 Hellcat to purchase this car; the Hellcat is fun but not practical. I am not missing anything about the Hellcat as the acceleration of the RS IS INCREDIBLE. Highly recommended. Only negatives are the fact that it is a four-seater and the steering feedback can be a little vague at times unless you are in the highest performance mode (dynamic). Very happy with this car and it is a steal if you can find a low mile well cared for pre-owned. It is very hard to tell the difference between my 2014 and a 2018 as there has not been a style change in recent years.
