Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. Nick Bernicat (our sales person) was so incredibly patient, understanding, respectful, personable, and professional, and he made our car buying experience so much easier and less stressful than it had been until we met him. He was truly a pleasure to work with. We had been to other car dealerships and had encountered the classic aggressively pushy tactics car salesmen are known for, and Nick was anything but that. He intentionally cut out time for us to talk alone and never made us feel pressure to buy. He helped resolve all of our concerns and was open and honest throughout the entire process. After telling him about our previous experiences, he assured us that he wasn't there to push us and that it was okay if we didn't decide to buy. He said his focus was to build a good relationship with us so that even if the dealership didn't have what we were looking for, we would still be comfortable coming back when we were ready to buy years down the road. We'll be back on the market again in a year or so to get a second car, and if this dealership has the right car for us, we're definitely willing to drive the two hours back to buy from him again. His focus on human connection made working with him enjoyable, which is saying something because we had been dreading going into another dealership. Our financing experience was much more mediocre. It was 8pm by the time we got to the finance guy and he wanted to go home. He was dismissive, and while he would answer direct questions, he didn't have much interest in slowing down to explain anything we asked about. I felt kinda trampled and didn't really enjoy any of the interactions with him, but I'd still go back to work with Nick.

After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car and it was a stressful experience. However ,I highly recommend Chantilly Audi. It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!

This was the best car buying experience I have had. I have bought 3 used cars within this last year and I also bought one in 2022. I ended up at Auto Trademark because my 22-year-old Honda Accord was kaput. Auto trademark was a relaxed environment from the start. We test drove the 2013 BMW 535i drive with the sports package. We liked it but the A/C on passenger vent didn’t seem cool enough. Z offered to get that checked out and fixed. They also said we could but use a check from my HELOC, no high-pressure sales job for warranties or financing (which adds hours to the transaction and makes you feel exhausted). When I picked up the car after they fixed the A/C, I asked why this particular car had no floor mats (which they noted right away at the test drive), Farhan said they had wondered that too, and immediately offered to order replacement mats. I was thrilled. It was such a good experience and the price was reasonable. I’ll note that I didn’t negotiate, and the posted price on CarGurus was the $1,000 less than what I was charged because they note in the ad that it is listed assuming a military discount. But I had read that in the ad, so it was OK for me. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone who is in the market for a nice used car and wants a positive buying experience.

My experience has been better than I would have expected from a private used car dealership! Many cars in inventory to choose from. I was able to find my Subaru although older than i personally wanted, but it met my budget perfectly. Amran was my sales representative and he was extremely easy to work with without all the hard selling you typically encounter from any dealership large or small. I will be coming back again in a few months to make another purchase from here for sure!

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
