Sales person is well qualified and he explained very well about the vehicle features. His negotiation skills are fair. He is transparent on pricing, fees and other costs.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Why did no one say you can talk so easily here. No fake sales smiles. I came in without an appointment and they made time for me. Answered even my silly questions. It felt like I was a guest, not a customer.

Service Manager Frank is really really good guy who is very transparent regarding your vehicle and proactive in what is the best required for your vehicle. Very customer focused and i really like his service. Anytime i always choose and have an appointment when he is around.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

Mine is a 2018 Tornado Grey Competition Package, purchased CPO with about 33k miles. Other than a malfunctioning control module that was replaced under warranty it’s been flawless. The combination of comfort, ride, power, mileage, and styling is superb. Now with 66k miles I love it more than ever, and plan to keep for many years to come.

My 2020 Audi Q3 needed a few items of touch up, so I had to come back later in the week, but Kyle went out of his way to constantly stay in touch via text/call, making sure I was checking all of the boxes to ensure a smooth paperwork transaction at the end. Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business.
