I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

I absolutely love the service department of Audi of Escondido! They are thorough, honest, respectful, and very helpful. My favorite is the video they send of the overall assessment of the car. Their prices are also within reason.

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

When we noticed a small issue with the car, he immediately took it seriously. While we started the paperwork, he had the vehicle brought back into the shop to have it properly checked out. The foreman did a thorough job diagnosing and fixing the issue, which gave us so much confidence in our purchase. This is the 4th Audi A8L that I have owned. They are wonderful riding cars and the most comfortable of any car I have ever been in. I have made several 10+ hour trips in these cars and upon arrival I feel as good as I did when I left. I love the safety features. No car should be without them. I get compliments on the looks of the car every where I go. I am an Audi fan for life!

Mario was extremely helpful, from when I test drove my car of choice back in February, when I ordered my vehicle, the updates he sent while my vehicle was being built, notification my car was finally ready for pick up, to the final buying process. Alex was exceptional at explaining all the new tech in the car and setting it up for me.

Mine is a 2018 Tornado Grey Competition Package, purchased CPO with about 33k miles. Other than a malfunctioning control module that was replaced under warranty it’s been flawless. The combination of comfort, ride, power, mileage, and styling is superb. Now with 66k miles I love it more than ever, and plan to keep for many years to come.

I'm not sure if I'll purchase the Lexus LC 500 they helped me with, but I had one of the best experiences with any sales rep I've ever had with Anthony Picozzi. I purchased my 2024 Audi Q8 E tron about 6 months ago. I wanted to get into an electric car and with the new Q8 update the time was right. When I purchased the car the demand for EV’s was still very high. Audi has some more incentives now that consumers can take advantage of. The SUV is a beautiful luxury vehicle that I highly recommend. I purchased the Prestige package which has everything including massaging seats, color changing interior LED lighting and some other lighting on the exterior. These SUV’s are not cheap but I did not want to regret Geary options so I chose the Prestige trim. The ride, attention to detail and style of this suv is amazing. I get compliments all the time. This is my first EV so I had to learn that you typically should keep the car charged between 20-80%. Keep this in mind when shopping for your EV. The EPA range listed for the Q8 Etron is around 290 miles on a full charge. My driving is a mix of city and highway and there is no way I could ever get anywhere close to that. On a full charge my range is about 240 miles. Now I will say if you drive exclusively in the city you will get better mileage as the car regenerates power with frequent braking. If you drive on highway above 70 mph you will see your mileage drop. So in conclusion I love this suv and it is beautifully put together but I would not recommend if you have to make long trips. We have a ICE car so we can use that for long trips.
