I don't like buying a vehicle due normally to the overall experience, but today I bought a BMW X5 from Audi Atlanta. From start to finish my sales person Antonio was awesome. My husband was with me, but due to health reasons he was only able to do the test drive and then sit in our car until I completed the buying process. Antonio told Lee who handled my finance and contract what was going on with my husband and he handled the entire process so I could get in and out quickly. They were both very professional and guided me through everything, BUT they were also kind, caring, and concerned with my husband and that makes them the best!!! Thank you so much Antonio and Lee! Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

The sales manager Gianni stepped up to assure me they would make it all right. Daniel called in an employee on Saturday to take care of the problem. Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. John was very helpful and Adrian was the greatest he worked with me every step of the way and he made sure I drove off the lot with the car i wanted. Even more so when I didn't even think or believe they can get me financed and not to mention they put a bow on the car I felt very special and the customer service made me feel very confident I am so grateful for you guys thank you so much CarMax!!!!!!!!!

Richard Smith is a great Service Advisor. He is very professional and takes great care of the service on my Ford Explorer. He keeps me informed on present or future service that is needed to keep my vehicle in great condition. My appointments are always timely. He is awesome....the very best!

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.
