Our Experience with the Purchase of a New Audi Q3 at Audi Omaha We recently purchased the new Audi Q3 at Audi Omaha in Omaha, NE. and could not be happier. The moment we stepped into the dealership we were impressed. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional service we received from Greg McDonald, who assisted us throughout the entire process. Greg was friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time with us, listened to what features we sought , thoroughly explained everything and answered all our questions in a way that made us confident about our decision. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured. Financial arrangements were made after we had made our decision on the model , options and color. This too proved to be very fair and seamless. On the day of delivery, Greg again walked us thru all systems of the Q3, integrated our cell phones to the automobile and adjusted preferences for each driver. Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I called asking for information on a car and was asked to work thru my local Carmax dealer to get the information, which I did.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Neil was great. He was very friendly and answered our questions not just from Subaru's perspective, but from a personal perspective. He shared his experience owning a Forester with kids, and that helped us think through the process.

Needed something large enough to haul grandkids but still sporty and fun to drive. THIS is it! The Q5 meets all expectations with luxury included.

Purchased a Tacoma, had an independent mechanic come and do an inspection. Abram and the guys were great to work with - coordinated with the mechanic for the inspection and they picked me up at the Lincoln Airport when I came to get it. A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Salesman Gus was very accommodating in providing me the information I needed. He also sent me a number of photos of the car that I was interested in.
