The new facility is real nice. Great service advisers. I took my Challenger in there to get a recall and a couple maintenance items taken care of and I was real happy with the prompt service and quality of the work done. I have been a long time (20 years) dodge owner and I have taken my cars and trucks to the dealer in Reno for ever but when the dealership changed hands I didn't get the same service level I was expecting, so I decided to try out the Jeep dealer since they are a Chrysler authorized repair facility. I was very happy with how I and my car were treated and will continue to go to this facility with all of my Dodge products.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Using my USAA car services , I found an almost new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek - just what I wanted, at Audi Reno/ Tahoe. During my recent vacation to Reno, I had the pleasure of visiting the local Cadillac dealership, Corwin Cadillac, because I came across a vehicle on their website that I wanted to see in person, as it had the features and was the color I was interested in. I must say it was a delightful experience from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by their team. Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, my interaction with the salesman, Beau, was truly exceptional. Beau greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm for the Cadillac lineup. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, providing insightful information without any pressure to buy. The entire staff at the dealership was friendly and welcoming, so much so that I felt compelled to write a review, despite not actually purchasing a vehicle here. If I lived in the Reno area I would absolutely come to this dealership for my purchase because of Beau's outstanding service and the dealership's positive and honest approach. Went to buy a truck didn't buy the 1I wanted but the 1I got is better I am happy with my experience everybody there was super friendly and helpful went to few dealerships they were not that helpful the ony that I can say was when I bought The truck it would have been nice to got to set of keys instead of one And the key I got was restricted key so can only go by certain speed limits and turn up the stereo a certain amount have to go to the dealership and buy a new key but it's gonna cost me 400 would have been nice if they would have take care of that but besides that everything else was great

I absolutely love this car! It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury sports car. The front seat massagers are the best! It is such a smart car and does everything for you. It has the most smooth ride and practically sound proof inside. The sound system is one of the best I've ever had. The different suspensions are the best for snow, 4x4, sport so you can customize your ride. Highly recommend!!

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I came to Carmax looking for to test drive a Nissan Leaf I saw on cars.com. Actually, I tried another dealership first for the same type of car, but that dealer was closed on Sunday. CarMax is open seven days a week. That’s a plus if you, like me, have weekends off. I was able to get my credit pre-approved in just minutes. It turned out the Leaf wasn’t the car for me, but it’s neighbor, a Mercedes B Class was my glass slipper. Once I had decided which car I was buying, the process was really quick and easy. The representative asked a lot of probing questions to help confirm that I had researched the car I was buying (an all electric vehicle), which made me feel like he cared that I got the right car for me. It was a good experience and I’m very happy with my car.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

Just wanted to give my heartfelt thanks to Parker and the team at Reno Audi. After the past couple of years dealing with local and statewide dealers that have added $5k or $10k markups or forced add-on options (e.g. $5-8k “vehicle protection packages”), and dealing with long order timeframes and supply issues, my hopes of buying a new car were fading. There were only a small number of dealers that offered at MSRP, but with 8-12+ month timeframes. I decided to look out of state nearby, and connected with Parker at Reno Tahoe. From the very start, Parker was extremely responsive and took the time to understand my requirements. He showed patience and answered many of my questions, especially when it came to the logistics of purchasing out of state, and made the entire experience smooth and easy, keeping me up to date along the way. He was able to get me in immediately for a build slot and got me an order at the factory. The entire process from initial contact, placing the factory build order, to receiving the new vehicle was less than four months, which includes the month-long ocean shipping time. Parker went over available rebates/incentives and purchase options and the Reno team gave me realtime support when it came time to registering the vehicle at my local CA DMV office. Reno management also checked in to make sure things were going well and if there were any questions or help needed. This has been by far, the best experience I’ve ever had interacting with a team at a dealership and purchasing a vehicle. The customer service, personal attention and care is something that is sorely missed nowadays, and I wish other dealers and other industries would take notice and start addressing. What a ride! Planted, balanced, premium feel and a standout design both inside and out. It’s sedate when you want it to be, yet a beast when you’re ready. I’ve owned BMW’s, Lexus’s, Infiniti’s, Lincolns...this is by far the most amazing car I’ve ever owned and driven. Can’t recommend it enough!

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

This Audi A5 meets all my present needs for a daily driver. Historically the 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine had a poor reliability rating. However I have had all the parts likely to cause engine failure replaced with the newest parts designed thereby making this one highly reliable. In 2018 it was repainted by the Audi dealer and looks new ...

I purchased this vehicle preowned. For the price I paid, this vehicle definitely was worth it! As a former Lexus owner, I am accustomed to leather heated seats and other amenities, but I am definitely impressed with the speed in which the vehicle is able to leap into moving traffic on the highway. There is ample legroom for backseat passengers, even while I (at 5'10 ) am driving. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my Audi Q3.
