Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. This dealership delivered a First in Class experience from start to finish. I found a car that was just obtained through a trade in, and the picture was not available yet. Based off the description and price, this vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. I submitted an inquiry online and received a call within a few hours. The sales manager followed up an hour later to ensure all my questions were answered. I went in for a test drive and signed a credit application. This occurred at 8:30 pm and we agreed to reconvene the next day to discuss financing. BMW of Carlsbad sent the financing terms I had requested on my initial visit. We set an appt time for me to return and finalize the paperwork. I arrived to find a detailed car, full tank of gas and was in and out in under 1 hour. Purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler. It was time to get a newer car with test driving of my top 3 cars I was able to pick the right one! With the help of Ed it was a smooth transition from my old car as he helped with the technology and keyless startup to help us pick the right car! Plus the music playing on Saturday was our taste of Rock music!

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

Second car I have purchased from Cochran. Process is easy and the ongoing interaction, service, is great. Selection is good and if they don't have it they make an effort to find what you want.

I worked with Emily Berger and the entire Audi Pitt Team - great experience. I flew there from Philadelphia to but an S8 on a dnowy Presidents day. I was expecting the worst but Emily is a pro, supported by Jenn, Chris, Emily in Finance and the service team. Despite the snow and the Holiday, they made it happy. They are pay off the #1 Cochran Group - the name didn't make sense until after my experience, but they certainly lived up to that name. Great experience and customer service!

If you have not been to Audi exchange in Highland Park,Il then you bought your car at the wrong place. In my professional life I am call a subject matter expert in oncology but this organization and their fellow colleagues are subject matter experts in treating ppl outstandingly and wanting to make you happy not just put you in a car. I Have owned the Audi A 6 etron for 4 months now. My miles per charge improve with efficient driving and warmer weather. The sticker states 377 miles. I average 325- 380 less in colder weather. I drives well and allows me ample choices for driver preferences. The comfort is fine for average driving but not as comfortable for long drives I have remedied by a seat cushion. The navigation system is great and alerts me to supercharger access along my driving destinations. It gives me a hatchback feel with much more elegance and a lot of storage space. I love my Audi A 6 and my first all electric vehicle.

We have bought our last 3 vehicles from Twin Pine and have been very pleased with every vehicle. So when it came time for us to purchase another there was no doubt where we wanted to buy from. I worked with a gentleman named Quinn who was So patient, kind and informative. He brought us like 7 vehicles test drive and never seemed annoyed or trying to hurry us up. Unfortunately when I reached out to Quinn to buy a few months later I was informed that he was no longer here. The gentleman that texted me back was helpful as well and in high demand. We quickly text drove the vehicle and then started the paperwork for my new used car.

Such a gorgeous vehicle, inside and out. Haven’t had a single issue with it for over a year of having it used. Inside of the vehicle is super roomy, and driving feels very comfortable, and really we’ll insulated!

I got a 2015 a4 S-line and i couldn’t recommend it more it’s a great daily with exceptional power to get you where ever with great gas mileage and if you wanna tune or upgrade the look the after market customization is great for these cars im currently on Stage 1 Map 2 Intergrated Engineering and i love it it gives you more speed and pep and definitely more torque i got it to 282hp 360ish Tq and i got a couple bolt on mods. THIS CAR WILL LAST YOU WELL OVER 200K MILES IF TREATED PROPERLY AND MAINTAINED, Only thing i can complain about is the outdated interior i get it’s a 2015 but the interior is the same on there 2008-2012 models i wish they changed that and other than that i love the car!

Jason was great! He wanted to show me all the features of my new 2025 Sahara, but I wasn’t really interested! lol He was a patient and thorough sales guy, and you would do well to work with him if you’re purchasing a jeep or Dodge/Chrysler product. The dealership must only give deals at the end of the month because I had to work hard for this deal…wasn’t Jason though…it was the manager! But…in the end, I’m glad it all worked out and Jason got the sale.
