The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

All was Great! Hannibal was so nice to us and made sure that he understood what we wanted done. He made sure our car was finished and we could pick it up when we wanted to. And the car was spic and span when we picked it up. Perfect work!

I am not in a position to appraise the actual repair because I am not a mechanic, but we have never had reason to complain about an Audi Hunt Valley repair in several decades so I assume it is correct. The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Everyone there was very customer friendly. The car i purchased drives beautifully and I've logged 1000 miles in less than a month. I have owned 4 hybrids and the 2007 Toyota highlander hybrid i got from High Rated Auto drives like a new car. I will be checking their inventory if i decide to purchase anothe r used vehicle.

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

Very reliable our’s has 102,000 miles never had a problem with the engine! Very smooth, fast, good acceleration AC is ice cold, water drips on humid days from AC, that is normal for it to drip water.

The only thing I would say for this dealer is bravo. I am 💯 percent satisfied with the experience. Ameer was very helpful and brutally honest about the discrimination of the car. It was a (AS IS) sale and there are some dealers who try to cover up a car’s fault but hybrid and gas automotive took the opposite approach which goes to show how honest they are. This Audi is beautiful, inside and out, with genuine wood in the door panels, dash and center console, soft leather seats, and a massive amount of red light illumination throughout the front cockpit, that is fantastic while driving at night. The exterior is sleek and stylish. The ride is smooth, however the low profile tires do ruin some of the ride atleast on kansas roads that are far from smooth. The engine has no vibrations and suspension seems tight . All in all this is as close to perfection as it gets, German cars are the best.

So, I know better than to purchase a new vehicle when the manufacturer makes major modifications to an existing model but bought the newly revamped (at least its' electronics) Q5. Before 3000 miles, had significant issues with the MMI. Brought the vehicle to the local dealership and was informed that the software required a significant update. The service advisor at Audi Hunt Valley is among the best I've ever encountered! Kept me apprised of vehicle status and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Jordan!
