Buying a car from them was so easy, and there were no tricks, games, or hidden fees. Their customer service didn't end once I drove off the lot - they have continued to provide great customer service, and I am now a loyal customer. I had a fantastic experience at Audi Great Neck, thanks to Kit! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process easy. The only problem I had was selecting the car I wanted because the dealership has a huge and possibly the best selection of pre-owned vehicles, and Kit went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

I love the all wheel drive. Cameras are a plus. Heated and cooling seats are wonderful. I’m hooked. That’s the only car I will ever buy.

I just wanna start by saying most of the bad reviews are from people that bought cars with recalls. But is not a reflection of the dealership. My experience with them was phenomenal. They went above and beyond and treated very well. I flew from maine to ny. When I arrived they noticed I was very tired and offered me an orange and coffee and also gave me the option to rest in one of there vehicles till all paperwork and the car was detailed. Such a gorgeous vehicle, inside and out. Haven’t had a single issue with it for over a year of having it used. Inside of the vehicle is super roomy, and driving feels very comfortable, and really we’ll insulated!

Very good experience leasing a 2024 RR Sport. Our sales person, Steve Goldsmith, was very accommodating and spent significant time showing us their inventory and searching for other options. I have owned this car for just over a year. No mechanical problems, very fun to drive. Took it across the country, very comfortable for driver and passenger. Loves to cruise at 75-85 mph and will go much faster. I thought I got a great deal on it. I paid half the sticker price and it had under 10,000 miles on it.
