HEATED SEATS AND STEERING WHEEL COME WITH THE LEATHER SEAT PACKAGE. THE SERVICE AT WEST PALM AUDI HAS BEEN TERRIFIC, EACH VISIT IF YOU WISH A FREE LOANER IS PROVIDED. THE THE SERVICE TEAM IS OUTSTANDING. DON'T HESISTAE TO TAKE A TEST DRIVE AND YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE AS I HAVE.

Went to Hwy 13 Motors to look for a used SUV to purchase as a second car. The dealer had a good selection of decent cars, trucks and SUVs. We picked out a nice Jeep. The dealer was honest about a very minor issue the Jeep had. He offered to have it repaired or offered we could repair it and he would reduce the price. We opted to repair the issue, which was very minor, and the dealer gave us a very generous amount off the purchase price to cover it which was way more than the repair cost. We appreciated he worked with us on price and was very honest and patient as we test drove and examined the vehicle. We had a good experience and the purchase was easy and friendly. We really love our 'new' used Jeep!

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

I drove from Brown Deer Wisconsin and just bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC Premier suv and I have to say that the sales person Mr. Alfred Hall was Amazing. He not only sold me a loaded and clean MKC he wanted to make sure that I downloaded the Lincoln App and showed me all the Great Features that this car had to offer me. I was sold when he told me it had remote start but I had no idea the many fantastic features that I didn't know existed, he pointed them out. He made sure I was okay with the figures on my contract as well as he placed my new license plates on the car. I know without a doubt that I could Not get that type of service anywhere else accept with Mr. Hall. And I must say the facility is bright and cheery and an inviting place to speak to someone about purchasing a car.

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

My experience with the dealer and dealership was absolutely wonderful. The dealer was very concerned that the vehicle had everything that I desired, and was willing to work with me on the details. I drove from Chicago to Madison, Wisconsin to purchase this vehicle. The dealer made sure that I was comfortable with learning about the vehicle before I left Madison. Marko Baxter was an amazing resource in helping us purchase our 2020 sprinter van. We are located in California and placed a lot of trust in the dealership, considering we bought the van site unseen. He was extremely responsive and assured us of the process. Julie Budwig expedited the paperwork and helped with getting finances arranged. The shipping company Marko recommended got the van to us in under two days. When the van arrived we were very pleased. There were a couple minor issues that needed repair and both Marko and Aaron Pfeifer in the service department worked with us and our dealership in California. We are so pleasantly surprised with how smooth of a process this was and how professional and trustworthy the people at Zimbrick are. Makes us want to move to Wisconsin (or at least visit)!
