I went in for a 2024 used Jetta and had been at several other dealerships prior. The others were the typical pressing, annoying sales people. At one dealership, the salesman brought in the manager to hard press me. I found it insulting. Aat Romeo Volkswagen, our saleman, Jeremiah, was professional, informative and outright honest. I bought a 2016 Sierra. The vehicle was really clean. I was coming from a far distance to buy the vehicle, I asked the salesman a few questions, one of them was “ I know it looks clean in the pictures but what’s it really look like”. He replied back that he would go look it over. He texted me a picture of the front seat and explained there is a small hole in the fabric and said to me, if I was driving all this way to look at a vehicle I would want to know about this hole. The hole was very minor and decided to make the drive. The salesman stayed open late knowing that I was coming and the truck was very clean as he described. Smooth easy transaction and really happy with the service and my new truck.
