The car I purchased exceeded my expectations, the interior is spectacular and the lights are amazing. Spencer does a very good job at the front and has always been a big help, 10/10 would recommend.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

Great experience salesman was awesome. Took only two hours from the time we got there till the time we were driving off the lot bought a really nice car for a low amount of money.

The car was a 2 year old used car, but was meticulously cared for and lightly driven. Interior was in exceptional condition and it featured the options and color combo I desired.

It was really a low pressure experience my salesman, Garret was awesome as well as the finance guy Ruben, the only issue was when I got the car home a few days later I had to jumpstart the vehicle due to a bad battery.

The team—especially Zuhair, the owner, and the young Ghalib—was responsive and knowledgeable, making the buying process straightforward and low-stress. Their professionalism and business reliability stood out during the deal. However, about a week later, I was disappointed to discover that the tires on the car I purchased were leaking. Upon inspection, it turned out that plugs had been used as a temporary fix rather than properly addressing the issue. This was unexpected and concerning, as I had hoped for greater transparency regarding the vehicle's condition. While I appreciated the efficiency and service during the sale, I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future vehicles are fully inspected and represented. I’d encourage potential buyers to have a thorough inspection before finalizing a purchase.

Great car that has plenty of power, comfort and stability. This 2.0L turbo four cylinder is bulletproof and I easily get 33-36mpg on the highway. (And that’s driving between 80-85 mph!) The DCT transmission is smooth as silk, and always seems to know that gear you need when you need it. I highly recommend giving this car a test drive.

I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.
