My 2016 Audi Q3 was in for servicing, I found out I had a repair bill that I had to decide to move on . Hayden put my mind at ease and with the help of his Finance Manager Moe, was able to find me another clean Q3, I just had my oil changed this week. I was able to catch up with Hayden! Other than having a difficult time getting anyone in the service department to answer the phone, or return a message, once reaching them they do a great job of getting work done on time and well.

My wife and I bought a late-model used Hyundai Sonata over the MLK holiday weekend. We had been monitoring Cars.com for a couple of weeks and found one we liked here at Beaverton Car Company. We called ahead as we live about 200 miles away and didn't want to make the drive without checking availability. We spoke with Blake Woodard, and Blake confirmed he'd have the car ready for us to look over when we arrived the next day. We made the trip down on the Sunday of MLK holiday weekend. The car was out front, clean and ready to look over. After checking our driver licenses and insurance, we took a test drive, did some driving in-town and on country roads. We decided to buy, did a little bargaining and saved some money from what was already a reasonable price. We filled the tank and drove the car home that day. Overall a positive experience with Blake and the rest of the dealership.

Found a lightly used A220 that I was looking for here. Though they wouldn’t negotiate on price, it was priced very competitively. They replaced the cracked windshield and reset service notice (car had been serviced). Wish they would have topped off the washer fluid while they were at it since that notification was on as well. Dealership facilities are nice but very limited customer parking on site.

From the moment I walked in all the way until I left with my gorgeous new S-Class, the experience was just superb. Amazing and personalized costumer service and care.
