The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

This is the 4th Audi A8L that I have owned. They are wonderful riding cars and the most comfortable of any car I have ever been in. I have made several 10+ hour trips in these cars and upon arrival I feel as good as I did when I left. I love the safety features. No car should be without them. I get compliments on the looks of the car every where I go. I am an Audi fan for life!

I had the best experience at Napoli Nissan the GM Brendan was very welcoming and Ron the salesman was informative with out being pushy made me feel comfortable. I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demonstrate how to use all the fancy safety features and explain what they did, and answer any questions I had with confidence. He was so friendly with both my daughters, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. AJ was very open and honest about all the different dealership fees that would add on to the total purchase price, and explained what they all were. He was quick to respond to any messages, and did a great job of keeping my needs and wants for the vehicle in mind when showing me different options. They gave me a good offer on my trade in, even though it was less than I owed on the vehicle. He and his manager Paul were even willing to come up on the trade in offer, but my vehicle has a bad accident from the previous owner on the carfax. Paul explained his reasoning for the offer which came directly from KBB (another dealership tried to offer me $2000 less with no rhyme or reason). I know dealership fees can be frustrating, but I think the fees at Volkswagen Brandon are fair compared to other dealerships in the area. AJ did definitely do his job as a car salesman and try to upset me, offering me finance options for New vehicles, but was completely respectful when I told him we weren't interested in financing or a new vehicle. He didn't keep pushing, instead focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle that fit our budget and that I loved. I absolutely adore my new 2023 Tiguan, and I 100% recommend Volkswagen Brandon for your vehicle needs.

We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. My Audi Q5 was driven to look at a warranty covered repair, it was shifting roughly from Park to Drive. It took about 3 days to check everything out, reset the computer for driving more smoothly and make sure all warranted systems were in peak driving condition. They fixed everything very well and submitted warranty covered conditions. Also the Service Specialist, Kristian, set me up with a 2026 Audi Q5 loaner. My whole experience with Audi Westmont dealership has been top of the line. I send kudos and praise to all the staff that assisted me and fixed my car properly. I purchased my Audi Q5 at Audi Westmont and will continue with all my servicing there. I also will purchase my next Audi at this dealership. High praise for all they do for their clients@
