Service was amazing! I would say we were in and out within an hour and a half our advisor explained everything to us. We have no complaints.

We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Jenny and the whole team at Audi Minneapolis.

Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.

I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a safer car. A 4 tires lost air pressure in the cold snap 3 bounced back when it warmed and one didn't. They found a leak and repaired it. A damaged suspension component was also found. That was likely something missed by the body shop that repaired a minor fender bender last year. I was also given a ride home and a pick up when the need for extra work was determined. Great service, highly recommend.

Such a gorgeous vehicle, inside and out. Haven’t had a single issue with it for over a year of having it used. Inside of the vehicle is super roomy, and driving feels very comfortable, and really we’ll insulated!

Just bought an RDX spaceship from these guys. The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. In more than 50 years. Sebastion, our salesman, was incredible. Spent an enormous amound of time explaining the car's thousands of features, and made all the settings, etc. he thought we would want. Even helped out the next day via facetime when we forgot how some of them worked. And then called AGAIN the next day to make sure we didn't have more questions!!! When's the last time that ever happenned to you? Elson, his manager? More of the same. No BS, no haggling, reasonable on every issue and request; cuts righ to the chase. Found out he jogs near our home and actually invited him to stop by for coffee. When has that ever happenned? Rashard? Continued the same great service. Looking for a car? These are the guys to see.

I bought my brand new A3 a few weeks ago. I am the first owner in our area to own the new 2022 A3. I can tell you I love this car. It’s quiet, nimble, and gets great gas mileage. My first tank was 40 mpg. I love the small size and luxury quality about this car. It drives so smooth and it’s quick when you need to be. I always drive it sport mode and paddle shift myself. By having it in sport mode and paddle shift the transmission responds quicker. I have the premium with Quattro and zero to 60 time is 6.3 seconds. It’s not a sports car that’s the S3 job, but it’s a small premium luxury car that’s a joy to drive.

The car was a 2 year old used car, but was meticulously cared for and lightly driven. Interior was in exceptional condition and it featured the options and color combo I desired.

This is a very clean, aesthetically pleasing dealership. The display of the vehicles was very inviting. The staff was genuinely nice, not pushy, and very knowlegable. I bought car and it was very efficient and comfortable. One of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a vehicle.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.
