Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. After searching for a few days, ended up at Valley Motor. My salesman, Kevin, was very congenial and gregarious. Walked me through a few vehicles with a test drive in each. He wasn't pushy but was very eager to meet me where I wanted to go price and model wise. We struck a deal and signed some paperwork. I had unfortunately ran out of time that day, so had to pick up the vehicle the following day. Kevin was not working that day, but set me up with Kyle the previousday, who also did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my disabled father. I'll always remember a dealership, whether they treated me well or dropped the ball. Because of both Kevin and Kyle treating me so well, as well as my disabled father, I will definitely shop there when I need another vehicle.

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

Very helpful and user friendly staff was excellent and vehicle selection on computer was easy and plenty of cars to choose from before visiting the dealer in order to purchase my next SUV. Hopefully by December

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach. BUT comes natural to people that really want to take care of each individual they encounter. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

I drove 5 hours to get to Next Step to purchase my car. It was quite the trip, but totally worth it. The reason is that #1, they are very honest and kind. Matt and Mike are upfront and have a great deal of integrity. They worked together to get my business and to seek out options that allowed me to leave extremely happy and well taken care of. When my wife updates her van, you know where I will be contacting first! Great job guys!!!

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

We went in to look at BMW after visiting several dealerships and having sub par experiences. As soon as we walked into Prudential Auto we were welcomed and didn't feel pushed into buying. There was a genuineness about Alan that we were impressed with. It was refreshing to deal with a company and Alan that wants to get to know us and cares as well as earn business. Least pushy sales team and all very knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning for future business.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.
