The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Worked with Corie Silvers and was the best experience I have ever had with purchasing an auto. I bought a Sant Fe with a trade in and Corie never pressured me or was not pushy. I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Simple, no haggle. Car was clean, actually had new tires on it which was a total surprise. Financing took until the next day, but not the dealership's fault.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Jay Kadlec was a great salesman in helping me get a Subaru Forester at a good price. Very responsive and down to earth. Not at all your typical car salesman. I felt very comfortable with him and the way the dealership is run.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

Had kind of a tough time to begin with because the original Used car I purchased ended up having bad timing chain and check engine light could not be fixed. Worked with salesman and service manager and ended up with full credit on bad Used car, and purchased a really nice used car from them at a fair price! We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

Not exactly the vehicle for a large family, but definitely a step up from the Acadia. Fast for a small SUV. Definitely look forward to driving it.
