Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

We had a great experience with Christopher Sims-Walton as our salesperson. It's very rare to find someone who listens to your wants and needs without all the pressure to seal the deal within a certain time frame after arrival. He checked in on us as we went around the lot. We've had salesmen follow us, even after we've told them that we're just looking around. This was our 3rd dealership we had visited and I must admit, the best experience was here. The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

I recently had a challenging experience with my new Audi RS7 when it unexpectedly broke down and had to be towed. I initially contacted another Audi dealership, but they informed me they couldn’t even look at my car for two weeks. Frustrated & in a panic (my car was heading towards KS in a tow truck) I called Audi Shawnee Mission, and that’s when I was fortunate enough to speak with Michele M. in the service department. From the moment she answered the phone, Michele was incredibly understanding and soothing. She reassured me that they would take care of my car right away, even though the repairs turned out to be more extensive than anticipated but thankfully covered under warranty. What truly set Michele apart was her constant communication throughout the process. She kept me informed step-by-step, and if there was ever a question about something I had mentioned or requested, she made sure to clarify before proceeding. I found this attention to detail and respect for my preferences extremely professional and considerate. Now, my RS7 drives like a dream—better than ever, and I didn’t realize how much I was missing until it was repaired. While I hope I won’t need any significant repairs in the future, I know that for all my maintenance and service needs, Audi Shawnee Mission, and specifically Michele, will be my first choice. The care, respect, and understanding I received made a stressful situation much more manageable. Michele made me feel valued, not just another customer to be pushed aside. I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Audi needs to do something about center console storage and arm rest it is very poorly design and the glove compartments and other cup holder are not commensurate with theamout of design that went into this car

Riley Harmon created a flawless car-buying experience for me, even as an out-of-state buyer. As a life-long car enthusiast, I consider myself a demanding buyer. I know what I want from the car, and I want the car-buying experience to be fun by being easy. To ensure that, Riley was responsive, communicative, clear, friendly, professional, patient, and informative, among other things. He responded to every phone call, email, text message in a very reasonable time, and was clear in communication and explanation of their process. The car I bought was the only one in the country in the right color and options combo, which is why I was making the purchase from out-of-state. Not once did he pressure me in any way, despite the unique inventory. The Alfa Romeo I bought has been a life goal, but I wanted to remain rational about the major purchase, so not feeling pressured was important. I flew to Kansas City (my first visit) before the paperwork was completed due my late decision to move forward the previous day. Riley picked me up from the airport, no questions asked. I enjoyed the ride over to Aristocrat Motors while he told me about the city and its history, as well as about the dealership, its management and practices. I truly enjoyed that drive and already felt justified in my decision to make a trip to buy a car. When we pulled up to the dealership, I knew to expect a large, multi-brand campus. It was even nicer than I had expected. Given that the car was a life goal as well as having a sticker price double what I have ever paid for a car before, I was hoping for that ‘above and beyond’ sales experience you always see in commercial, but also knowing that the car I wanted was still a fraction of the most expensive cars that Aristocrat offers. What happened next sealed the deal. The car was not parked in a delivery area outside, not set up in a staging room inside the building; the car was in the middle of the prettiest, most impressive showroom room that I have ever seen, under a massive domed ceiling with indirect lighting, on a stoned floor, surrounded by other Alfas and Maseratis. I was blown away that this is how they treated me. After a quick test-drive just to make sure everything was in its right place, Riley reviewed the online paperwork and pricing that I had gone over the night before. Their online purchasing system is transparent. I could see everything I needed to in one spot, including selecting any applicable manufacturer discounts that applied on my own. The number he showed me matched what I saw the day before, no surprises. Now, the last step before a very long drive home, was the finance office. I was still expecting to walk into Ben Jones’ office and get hit with offers for last-chance, just-in-case add-ons; I was wrong. Ben rattled off the same numbers I saw at home, the same numbers I reviewed with Riley. A handful of signatures in what couldn’t have been longer than 5 minutes, and I was done. My head still spins at how fast that process was, as well as respectful of me as a buyer and my time. I walked out of the office, back over to my new car. Riley thanked me, gave me a parting gift then I quite literally drove off into the sunset. I almost cried looking around myself, seated in a beautiful new Alfa Romeo, with not a single regret nor speed bump to give me second thoughts. The sole thing left to be desired is an Aristocrat Motors location in my home area. Thank you so very much to Riley and all of the Aristocrat Motors staff, it was an absolute pleasure.

I've had my Q5e for about 19 months and have been very satisfied with this vehicle. The electric charge ranges from 21 up to 30 miles and if AC or heat is used the charge drops quickly but using it in hybrid mode helps at these times. Nice pickup when you want to go and very quiet.

Gordon with Audi SM was responsive and helpful (in email) to questions about the vehicle. When we visited the dealership on 4/15, we didn't have an appointment, just stopped by to look at the car. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, we test drove the car while Gordon was on his way to the dealership. All questions were answered, and they were easy to work with. Each person we interacted with was helpful, and did what they said they would do. Great customer service.
